This was not the case with Doug, who was welcoming, friendly, and straightforward. Most importantly, Doug gave me a really good price on the car I wanted. Since I was not trading in the car I brought to the dealership, Doug offered to drive my new car back to my home, which was 20 miles away. This really impressed me and helped top off a great car buying experience. I also want to note that the website for Massey was very helpful, as it listed the specific features and options for each car, unlike other Hyundai dealership websites I reviewed which fail to give any specifics regarding the cars for sale. Thus, I knew exactly which car I wanted to test drive when I arrived at the dealership. I would definitely recommend Massey Hyundai. More

From that moment, he was nothing but friendly and informative and ALWAYS offering his help and availability. When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted by numerous sales staff and Robert was right on time for our appointment. We talked briefly and were headed out to test-drive as we had an idea of the type of car we were looking for. Again, Robert was very informative about the 2 cars we were driving and all the different options available. We decided on a car, they actually had it in stock and we just love it! Robert was able to work with us so that the payments we would be making were very reasonable for our lifestyle. We also traded in an older car and feel very satisfied that we got a good deal. He took the time to show us everything from under the hood to inside the vehicle and in the trunk. With the owners manual he made sure we knew where to find features in the vehicle as well as all the information that came with the vehicle. Within the dealership itself he walked us to every department and introduced us to the folks we would be dealing with when it comes to maintenance and aftermarket. Made the trip to the dealership well worth it. When it came time to signing the paperwork he passed us off to Mr. Keith Meyer. Keith made the remaining experience very enjoyable and again stress free. Keiths knowledge and recommendations helped solidify the whole process. We wandered around because the sonata was on our list to look at and saw the car we eventually bought. Even though they knew we were from out of state and unlikely to buy a car they answered our questions and let us drive the car. I have not purchased a vehicle since 1999 and was worried that, as a woman, I would be talked down to. Well, this did not happen. He introduced me to both the service and parts department which had never been done before for me. Scott went over all the "bells and whistles" before I drove my car off the lot as my new car. He has called since to make sure I was pleased with my purchase. The person in the financial department was very professional in pointing out packages that I could buy that would, in the long run, save me money and make sure my vehicle was always in tip top shape. I love my new 2012 Hyundai Sonata and will definitely recommend Massey to my friends and family. I am looking forward to dealing with them in the future.
