John Kindall knew I was and that I was worried about the expensive 60,000 mile due on my car and then what about the next mileage expense. I knew some about leasing but he took his time making sure I understood about a lease and he thought it was the best way for me to go. I intended to testdrive several vehicles from different makers, but was pretty sure I would go back to massey anyway, because we already purchased one vehicle there 4 years earlier. I sat in the car I bought and instantly fell in love. My sales person was great and super friendly and did not treat me condescendingly because I was a woman like some sales persons do when a woman buys a car or shops for one. the car I test drove had everything I was looking for except for the navigation system, which was not a deal breaker, and I got a wonderful price because it is a 2011. I told him that I needed to be out of the dealership absolutely no later than 3 pm, I had stopped in at 1pm, and said that if they could not get everything done by then, I would just stop back in the morning. They hustled and got me into the car, loan signed and car detailed by 3.05 pm, which left me time enough to go by my daughter's school to pick her up and get her to swimming.. I was impressed. 3 hours from test drive to driving it off the lot with title in hand was quite a feast to accomplish. I love my new car and will recommend the dealership to all my friends because of the efficiency and professionalism that they displayed that day. I am also impressed that Bruce is still communicating with me and answering questions I have even after the sale. Monika Wertman More

The staff at Massey Hyundai was very helpful and very friendly. Robert Wiesman was the employee we dealt with and he was very helpful and did a good job with putting me in the vehicle I wanted. Massey Sales associates will offer invalid rebates and lie to make the sale, then ask you for the money WEEKS LATER. I purchased a vehicle on 8-16-11 based a $500.00 Hyundai loyalty program rebate. The lie to make the sale, then ask you for the money WEEKS LATER. I purchased a vehicle on 8-16-11 based a $500.00 Hyundai loyalty program rebate. The sales person Robert told me that as long as the car was registered to my address, I would qualify. I did not have my registration for the car. They told me it was not an issue and to leave a $500.00 check that they would hold until I sent them a copy of the registration. I made it abundantly clear the car was in my fiance's name and they told me as long as it was registered to the same address as mine, we would be fine and they would destroy the check. I sent in a copy of my registration when I returned home and verified it was received. Being responsible, I put a stop payment on the check. THREE WEEKS LATER (after I had already sold the car in question), the sales person called and said they could not honor the rebate and told . When I spoke with the sales manager, he was no help, standing by his salesman. He threatened that the $500.00 would be reported to the credit bureaus and that they would call the authorities about me passing a bad check. He actually said I was threatening him when I said I was so dissatisfied that I was going to give the dealership bad reviews on every internet site I could find and that he was no longer willing to help me. I have been in sales for a long time, and when I make a mistake, I pay for it. I would NEVER call my customer back after the fact and ask for more money. What horrible customer service. As far as I am concerned, it was the dealer's mistake as a representative of Hyundai and they should pay for it. As a side note Hyundai Customer care is a joke. They just push you back to the dealership saying it is a dealership sponsored promotion. There are plenty of no-nonsense Hyundai dealerships in the area that you can choose instead. Do not be fooled by false promises as I was. AVOID MASSEY DEALERSHIPS AT ALL COSTS!!! More
Scott Sword greeted us as soon as we walked in and allowed us time to look around. After taking 2 vehicles for test drives, he understood what we wanted in a vehicle and suggested that we take the Hyu allowed us time to look around. We had not considered the Sonata but took it for a test drive because Scott thought we would like it. We drove it and loved it. It was exactly what we were looking for! After financing and paperwork, Scott took us around to show us the Service and Parts Departments and introduced us to several people. We have never had a car dealer do this at the time of purchase. We felt like we were getting special treatment and that we really were important to everyone there! Scott is a true professional and we felt very comfortable with him and never once felt pressured with sales talk. His expertise and knowledge of the different vehicles helped us pick the one that was perfect for our needs! Ashley Stahle was very pleasant to work with. The paperwork part of the deal is always the longest, but Ashley had everything prepared and ready. She explained all the paperwork and made sure we understood everything before we signed. She was very knowledgable and answered all of our questions. We are very pleased with our Massey experience and would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
