I purchased a 2008 Lincoln MKX on 23 September. The GPS didn't work, and Middledorf ordered a replacement CD which has never come. he has failed to respond to follow up emails requesting the status of the didn't work, and Middledorf ordered a replacement CD which has never come. he has failed to respond to follow up emails requesting the status of the CD. This was the sixth car I've purchased in my lifetime and the first Hyundai or from Massey Auto. It was without a doubt the best buying experience I've ever had and greatly exceeded my expectations. I had previously test-driven a 2012 Santa Fe at another dealership and was ready to buy, however Massey was the only dealer in the state to have the car with the color and options I wanted. I called Massey for a quote and spoke to John. He initially offered a good deal but I countered with the offer I had from the initial dealer. Massey not only matched but beat that offer by $100. Since it was a 1 1/2 hour drive to Hagerstown for me I suggested I come in on Saturday. John offered to stay late for me on that weeknight instead (he was due off at 5pm after starting at 8am but stayed until 9pm for me). John had me fill out an online credit application and fax the other necessary information so that my paperwork would be fully complete when I got there. I arrived at 8 and was out the door by 9! There was no pressure to sell me on options. The financing with Keith was remarkably fast and non-pressured. Perhaps what struck me most was that, despite the fact that I was sold on the car before I arrived at the dealer, John spend a lot of time proactively introducing me to the features of the car. And both John and Keith focused on the benefits of buying a Hyundai, reviewing in depth the warranty and roadside assistance benefits. John even offered that I come back on another day when I had more time for a second introduction to the car if I had any questions. If I ever buy a Hyundai again I'd certainly buy from here. And now I'm much more likely to look at Hyundai than I was before. More

I purchased a 2012 Sonata from Massey and it was the best car buying experience I have had! I was driving by the dealership and stopped in just to look around. I was in the market for a new car and when I stopped in I was greeted by Anthony Weech, salesman. He was ready to listen and help me make the best decision for me and my family from the start. He was very attentive to my needs as well as to my three year old daughter. He never got frusterated and was always very patient and helpful in any way that he could be. He took my financial situation into consideration and helped get me a great deal. I had expressed interest in driving another car just to make sure that I was making the best decision and didn't want to feel like I rushed into anything. He never pressured me and a few days later I returned to purchase the car from him. He worked with finance until they got the numbers that I needed, the other dealerships had to be pushed just to match it. I have never felt so at ease with a big decision like this and it is because of the excellent care I got from Anthony. I would highly recommend Anthony and Massey to anyone in the market for a car!
