Through my experience on the computer, I was introduced to Robert Wiesman through e-mail correspondence with Massey Hyundai. Ever since the first e-mail, Robert has been very helpful and knowledgeable with any and all questions that I had pertaining to the Tucson or Sante Fe models. I also explained to Robert that I was working with a limited budget and was very motivated to buy a new vehicle, but at the same time wasn't going to buy something that I didn't like or feel comfortable with. Robert was very cognizant of my wants and needs in a vehicle and worked hard to get me the right vehicle. His friendly , willing to listen and no pressure sales tactics were very essential in me purchasing my new vehicle from Massey Hyundai. After choosing my vehicle, I was introduced to Keith Myers, who also was friendly and looked out for my interests and assisted me in choosing the correct additions to my vehicle to help make my purchase cost effective. We hadn’t done anything about it when a friend unknowingly told us how much they loved their new Hyundai Santa Fe. This was their third one and they loved it! And so it was that we went to Massey. We parked, got out of our car and before we could get the door open,we were warmly greeted by Robert Wiesman. He asked how he could help us. Robert approached his work in an efficient and methodical manner with a vitality that was impressive. His straightforward approach highlighted both the value and the benefits of owning a Hyundai. Robert proved to be thoughtful and considerate, tirelessly fielding our questions in a most polite way while continuing to enumerate the benefits of owning a Hyundai. I bought my new car from Massey Hyundai on November 26, 2011 and it was the best experience I have ever had when buying a new car. My salesman was Bruce Myers and he was excellent. He knew everything about the car I was purchasing and made my overall experience great. He was very nice and thorough in explaining everything to me. I didn't even have to ask any questions. When I finished the initial process with Bruce, I then met with Keith Myers to sign all documents, etc. He was great as well. He explained everything in detail. Basically this overall process was fantastic and I would refer anyone that is looking to buy a new car to them, which is why I have given the ratings that I have. This truly was a NO HASSLE buying experience. Bruce's knowledge about the vehicle was out of this world! From the test drive to papers signed to detailed and tagged and out the door was literally 90 mins. We were not rushed out the door either. I felt very comfortable with knowing what I bought, the details of my financing, and everything in between. Plus, it only took that long because Keith had to do a little magic on our part because of a mistake when our bankruptcy was filed; he had to "fight" on our behalf and he did it - with a low interest rate might I add! I was worried when I went in there...NO PROBLEMS! Great job guys, great job!! We will be back! More
