I had a great experience at Massey Hyundai. I had previously been dealing with Hamilton Hyundai from Chambersburg. I did not have a good experience there. I got a brand new 2012 Hyundai Sonata from previously been dealing with Hamilton Hyundai from Chambersburg. I did not have a good experience there. I got a brand new 2012 Hyundai Sonata from Massey for a better price than I was going to get a used Sonata from Hamilton Hyundai. The service I received there was great. I was impressed with the professionalism of your salesmen, John Kindle. He got me the car I wanted for the price range I wanted and the features I wanted. I will definitely recommend everyone I know to go to Massey Hyundai. More

My husband purchased two new vehicles from Massey last week. The first was a 2012 Sonata. My husband picked out the car in the early afternoon. By the time I was off from work that evening all of the pape week. The first was a 2012 Sonata. My husband picked out the car in the early afternoon. By the time I was off from work that evening all of the paperwork was finished and as all I had to do was to the sign the paperwork. The car was beautifully detailed and waiting out front of the show room for me. My husband saw a blue Volester in the show room and we both fell in love with it. I told Mike taht if he could get me that car without raising my car payment, that we would buy it. The next evening all the paperwork was completed and we picked it up. Both cars are beautiful. We were able to deal in the payment range we wanted without hours of haggling. Mike was so friendly , He also shoowed us some of the features of our new vehicles. We are taking both cars to him and he is explaining all of the features on both cars and installing the bluetooths for us. We have purchased new cars for over 35 years and have never had a saleman do this for us. The Finance Director, and I aplogize for forgetting his name, was sbsolutely wonderful. He took care of everything, he shopped for the best interest rate for us, he even took care of getting our money reimbursed for the Gap Insurance that we had on the previous vehicles. We have purchased our last few vehicles from Massey and hope to become a permanent customer. More

I would recommend the dealership, however, not to work with the Sales Manager, Chris or Phil Jackson, salesman. Phil promises everything and delivers nothing. He doesn't follow through or return phone c with the Sales Manager, Chris or Phil Jackson, salesman. Phil promises everything and delivers nothing. He doesn't follow through or return phone calls. He is pushy and just wants a sale. Matt, the service director, is awesome! Ashley, (finance assistant) was great to work with as well. More
We originally went to the Massey Hyundai dealership to buy a new used car (one of our cars suddenly "died" a few days after Christmas). We were very worried about qualifing for a used car since we had jus buy a new used car (one of our cars suddenly "died" a few days after Christmas). We were very worried about qualifing for a used car since we had just gone through bankruptcy 6 months ago. But to our complete surprise the friendly staff at Massey Hyundai were able to get us qualified for a NEW car and at a great rate. We couldn't believe it! Everyone at Massey Hyundai was very friendly and professional. We are very happy and we love our new car!! More
The purchasing process was pretty standard, no complaints or compliments, used car sales people trying to sell used cars. However when the sales person Naomi was putting the plates on the car.....it's impor or compliments, used car sales people trying to sell used cars. However when the sales person Naomi was putting the plates on the car.....it's important to state here the car was still on the lot and we didn't even have the keys in our hands.......I noticed that the trunk release lever on the floor by the drivers seat was broken. I pointed it out to Naomi who assured me it would be taken care of ASAP. As it was after business hours at that point she said she would check with service and get back to me the next day. I was then unable to get a hold of her for a week. During this time of course it was not functional and the sharp broken plastic actually cut someone. When I did finally reach her, her response to the situation was to suggest we fix it with popsicle sticks and electrical tape. I confirmed she was actually serious as this seemed beyond ludicrous. I was adamant that this was to be repaired properly and there would be no charge. She was unwilling to make good until i threatened to return the car therefore her losing her commission. She again said she would speak with service and call me back. When she called back she said the sales manager advises me to call service and schedule an estimate. The fact that the issue was known before we took the car off the lot, the car was still under factory warranty and that we paid extra for the extended bumper to bumper warranty lead me to believe there should be no question that it would be covered. I was appalled that I was expected to get an estimate. When I spoke to the service manager Randy (awesome guy by the way) he was just as appalled as I was on all levels from the ridiculous repair suggestion with popsicle sticks to the hassle I was put through to the run around about who was financially responsible. He said there should never have been a question that the car would be repaired and there would be no charge. The part was replaced at no charge within 2 days of Randy looking at the damaged part. Service department were courteous and professional and actually did their jobs right unlike the sales department specifically Naomi. On a small side note the car has plugs for MP3 players and such, Naomi insisted that they were only able to work with cords purchased from Hyundai. This is an outright lie. My $5 cord from walmart works just fine. I think she is slimy and the reason used car sales people have a bad reputation. And I thought it rather ballsy that after all the crap with the trunk release she still had the nerve to ask me to refer my friends to her for their used car purchases. Not in a million years would I do that! I will consider using Massey for repairs and maintenance because of the good service. I would never ever recommend anyone buy a car from Massey. And I hope that someone of some importance is told about Naomi's unprofessional behavior and how she tried to screw me. And I hope there are consequences for her. More
The people I talked to were friendly. The issue I have with this dealership is that I was looking for a specific car. I told them I didn't want to drive an hour and half (turned out to be 2 hours) for not with this dealership is that I was looking for a specific car. I told them I didn't want to drive an hour and half (turned out to be 2 hours) for nothing and that I was looking for a deal in a certain price range, which I offered over the phone after talking with someone online first and offering them the same information. The woman I spoke with, whose name escapes me right now says I will have my manager work on the numbers so they'll have something together when you get here. I drive 2 hours to get there and then not only do I have to wait about an hour and a half to receive my offer from the "manager that was working on the offer," starting several hours earlier, but they have the gall to not even offer me a dollar off of sticker price. Are you FREAKING Kidding me!?!??! I wanted to ask for a couple hundred dollars for making me make the trek for nothing. More
