Wanted to trade my vehicle for a new warrantied vehicle. Did my research and found that Hyundai had the best warranty in the business. Searched dealers from Washington DC, down through the Shenandoah Valle Did my research and found that Hyundai had the best warranty in the business. Searched dealers from Washington DC, down through the Shenandoah Valley and to our north and hands down Massey Hyundai had the best deals. Sent in an inquiry about there deals on the web site and Mr. Ocasio contacted me back. I got nearly what I owed on my used truck and with the additional deals my wife and I walked away from this experience feeling as if we were treated fairly and with respect. Bottom line: This is the first time I have ever bought a vehicle and did not feel as if the dealership was trying to blow smoke. Thanks More
This is my first new car purchase. I picked Massey because it was so close to my job and I know alot of people that have purchased from Massey and have had nothing but great things to say. Everyone we dealt with gave us the truth. The finance manager Sam Galloway was great. Never once did i fell pressured into getting extended packages for my car. A few days after I purchased my car I had more questions about the extended warranty I just purchased and he took me to the service station to get me some answers to my questions because he wasn't 100% sure about them himself and was up-front about it and got me the answers I was looking for. Our salesman Tommy Lane was great also. By the time we left there it was 11pm the night of purchase and tommy kept in touch with us to make sure our car got detailed and he showed me all the features of the car. More

This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Massey Hyundai. I have been very pleased, obviously, with both Hyundai vehicles and the dealership, or I certainly would not have returned to buy two more Hyundai. My second vehicle, a 2009 Sonata, did have several problems, most of which were covered under the warranty, and for a time I thought I would never buy another Hyundai because of those problems. Because I liked the 2013 Sonata so much, I decided to take a "leap of faith" and buy one. It only has just over 4000 miles on it so far, but I have not had any problems with it at all, and am very pleased with it so far. More

I will likely sound like a repeat of earlier reviewers, but must weigh-in on the outstanding service of Doug Potter and Massey Hyundai. I will say that Hyundai was not on our short list when my wife and I but must weigh-in on the outstanding service of Doug Potter and Massey Hyundai. I will say that Hyundai was not on our short list when my wife and I started looking at more economical driving choices for our daily commute. And I only ended up on Massey's Hyundai lot since I was going to look at the Ford Focus anyway. We had only passed on Hyundai after having trouble locating firm MPG numbers online. Most sites have those on the main pages. Anyway, Mr. Potter met me on the lot and thus the journey began. I drove an Elantra and was amazed at the quality, ride, and most of all at not being asked a barrage of questions by a sales rep regarding financing, trade-in, down payment, what do we have to do to get you behind the wheel TODAY, etc. After multiple test drives around town we ended up back at Massey a week later, at a scheduled visit with Mr. Potter. It was by far the easiest car buying experience we have ever had and we will certainly be customers for life. Doug went out of his way to accommodate our needs and wants and hit us with an initial price that was well below where we thought we would even begin negotiations. Believe the reviews you see for Doug. He's a great guy and will make your buying experience just as enjoyable. More
I initially contacted the dealership online because I honestly didn't think that my husband and I could get approved for a car loan and didn't want to waste anyones time by coming to the dealership. He was very helpful and understanding. He processed my application and got back to me promptly. He was very pleasant to work with and not pushy. When we arrived at the dealership we met Chris who introduced us to Scott S. He was also very professional and friendly. He explained the car and even put up with my husbands pickyness. (My husband is a "car" guy and technician so you can imagine) At first my husband wanted to take some time to think about the deal...he wasn't crazy about the color (red). I loved the color but knew he didn't. Then Chris said wait...we have a platinum color. (Sold....my husbands eyes lit up..that's his favorite color) I knew the red car was gone for me. :-) Long story short we decided to take the platinum genesis that night. It was late and everyone was very friendly and didn't mind that it was so late. We went through the financing with Joshua. Again a pleasant experience. He explained all of our options and extra warranties but was never pushy which both of us appreciated. We did take some extras but again he was very pleasant. We were asked to come back on Saturday to pick up a couple things that were not in car. No big deal. When we got there Scott was out sick (hope he is feeling better) so we worked with Rob O. He was also great to work with. He got us everything that we needed. He went over everything again and then introduced us to the service department staff and explained how all of that worked if we need service. He gave us both his card if we ever need anything and can't get through or have any problems. Overall I have to say this was the most pleasant car buying experience I've had in a long time. It's been a long couple years and our credit has taken a beating but we are coming out of it and we knew we would have to pay a higher rate but this experience truly softened that some. The rate wasn't as bad as it could have been so we are happy. We would definitely come back to Massey and our daughter is now jealous. She wants a Tucson! Before this purchase it has been nothing but Chevrolet in this house!!! More
