Visited dealership to take a look at the Equus. Owned a Genesis, loved it, and wanted to see the Equus in person. Also saw online sale pricing that made me think about upgrading. Met with John Kindall and was treated very, very well. Nice to deal with honest, upfront salesmen with integrity. Next thing I knew, a few days later I was driving off in my Equus. John and the Sales Manager Doug Massey both treated me fairly and provided excellent pricing. Would highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking at a Hyundai. Will be back in a month or so to buy my son his first car, the Elantra. Thank you Massey and specifically, John Kindall. More

He asked me exactly what I was looking for and what color I preferred. My original color wasn't available, but I fell in love with a Harbor Gray 2013 Hyundai Elantra Limited. It has everything that I wanted and after my test drive, I knew I would be leaving in it. Rob made my purchase so easy and a fun-filled experience, that I know that I will be sending everyone I know to him for new cars. I have been a Massey Family member for many years and this purchase was my sixth purchase and my fourth Hyundai Elantra. I told Rob that this was my retirement car and should last me as well as my previous cars. Rob gave me the complete tour and I really like the remodeling that was done. The entire place is so bright, homey and cheery with all of the comforts while waiting for your vehicle to be serviced. This was one of my favorite experiences to go along with all of my previous Massey experiences. Thank you Rob for being so kind to me. More

This is the third car from Massy Hyundai, this is the first new car I have ever owned. I keep coming back to Massey Hyundai because they have always given me the best deal every time. My wife and I visited Massey Hyundai with the intention of purchasing a new vehicle. Upon entering the dealership, we were warmly greeted by the receptionist, Dezzy Massey, who's bright smile set the tone of purchasing a new vehicle. Upon entering the dealership, we were warmly greeted by the receptionist, Dezzy Massey, who's bright smile set the tone for the rest of our visit. She announced our arrival to Mike Middledorf, sales consultant, who we had spoken with on the phone earlier that day. Mike introduced himself to us and showed us the car we expressed interest in, a Sonata Hybrid. I told him that we had never sat in a Hybrid, let alone driven one so we were a little apprehensive about whether or not that was the car for us. He told us he had arranged for another sales rep, Eric, who had just finished Hyundai's vehicle training, to explain to us the details of the vehicle and to accompany us on a test drive. Eric proved to be extremely knowlegeable and well trained in all aspects of the Sonata and even being able to point out the differences between the Sonata hybrid and other hybrids. He was able to answer all of our questions and concerns without any BS. After completeing the test drive, Mike was waiting to greet us again and my wife and I decided to discuss terms and price. Basicaally, I told him where I was willing to go price and term wise and we went from there. At no time was there ever any sales pressure and when it came time to finalize the deal, everything that my wife and I wanted was there on paper - no games, no gimmicks. Mike conducted the entire process in a professional and courteous manner. After shaking hands on the deal, we met with Sam Galloway, the Finance Manager. I figured ok here we go wasting time with the pressure pitch to purchase all sorts of "extras" that I didn't need or want. Sam was very professional and went through the explanation of what was available to us if we wanted it. Again, there was not any pressure. The whole finance approval and review process with Sam took about 15 minutes and bingo, we were finished. After that, we met with Mike and he took us out to the car and went over everything from top to bottom and told us to call him anytime with any questions. Having purchased several vehicles over the years, this was by far the easiest and least apprehensive. I would, and already have, recommend Massey Hyundai and specifically Mike Middledorf to anyone looking for a professional and stress free buying experience. More

We just purchased a new Hyundai Sonata from Doug Potter at Massey Hyundai. The whole experience exceeded our expectations. Doug was very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting us with our purchase. Although the Sonata had more options than the competitors we were looking at, we ended up getting a very reasonable quote that cemented our decision. We were especially impressed with the Sonata's styling, features, and warranty. We also were impressed with all of the personel at the dealership that we interfaced with.
