First off when I pulled up to the dealership Mr. Lane greeted me in the parking lot in a friendly and not in an aggressive manner. I was there initially to inquire about a possible trade-in and 4 hours l greeted me in the parking lot in a friendly and not in an aggressive manner. I think a great deal of that had to do with Mr. Lane and his very thorough knowledge of the sonata he presented to me and explaining everything in detail about the vehicle.
