It was a layed back atmosphere in the way that we didn't feel like we were surrounded by pushy salespeople who only wanted to sell a car. I would absolutely and have already, highly recommend Massey Hyundai to our family, friends and neighbors. After starting the dreading search for a new (used) car and endless time on the internet and other car dealerships, I came to Massey and could not have been more pleased. There was no pressure and I didn't feel like I had to make a decision right then and there. Although the car I was initially interested in had sold, Mr. Rich Jensen was extremely helpful, so much that I knew I was going to go back to Massey and purchase a car there. I am very pleased with the experience and purchase of my car and will probably be back in a few years for my daughter. More

The service department is a joke. My 2013 Sonata had a faulty radio. Replaced under warranty. When i got my car back the dash has numerous dings in it from radio replacement. Color fade from parts being b faulty radio. Replaced under warranty. When i got my car back the dash has numerous dings in it from radio replacement. Color fade from parts being bended. Service Manager said they normally have people sign waiver(s) when they do interior work so they won't be held liable for any damages. They also said that the damage is okay and it will get dings and dents from years of ownership. They have agreed to detail the car which i will not agree to. I want all damaged panels replaced. Hyundai Consumer Affairs is now involved. More
I've bought at least 7 brand new cars over my life from 6 different dealerships and this was the best experience yet. Took me through all the different service and parts departments and introduced me from 6 different dealerships and this was the best experience yet. Took me through all the different service and parts departments and introduced me to the personnel. Last dealers always forgot I existed once I bought their car. Keep getting little tidbits from Massey. Got my vote for Numero Uno. More
