Since buying my Elantra from Massey I have had nothing but a great experience. WE were looking to replace our existing 2002 Santa FE with 191,000 miles. After spending a great deal of time researching the new Santa Fe's and then using the internet tools available, we visited Masse with 191,000 miles. We are not "negotiators" but did have a price in mind. Andrew (and Sam) made it happen for us. We chose to buy from them because of their responsiveness to us even though another dealership made a similar offer that was closer to home. More

I was traveling on business and had stopped at the rest area at the West Va line. I opened my trunk and could not get it closed. After doing all the things I knew to do to try to correct the problem, I s area at the West Va line. I opened my trunk and could not get it closed. After doing all the things I knew to do to try to correct the problem, I searched for the nearest Hyundai dealership to try and get some advice. I spoke with Randy on the phone and after going back through the check list to try to fix it on sight he recommended I bring it in. I told him, I would but asked if he could attempt to take care of it quickly as I was in route to a business meeting. I made the drive and arrived 15 minutes after our conversation. Not only did Randy come out to meet me but he assured me after gathering the information to input into the service report he would take care of me quickly. That he did. I was out in 15 minutes and the latch on the trunk had been fixed. It was covered under warranty and he got me back on the road. Randy was extremely friendly, spent the extra time to assure I was comfortable in the waiting room and came to get me as soon as the problem was corrected. This was a fantastic experience in the middle of a stressful day. I will never forget this exceptional service and will certainly consider returning to Massey when I am in need of another new Hyundai. More

Doug Potter did a fantastic job of helping me find the right car; one that would meet my needs with several salespeople and dealerships in the area. I had to drop my car off for a recent recall. I also had a coupon for $4.95 Windshield Wipers and I needed some touchup pain for a few dings. Like always, Randy took care of everything and even got my touchup paint. I have to laugh as this was the cheapest Service visit I have had yet. The turn around time was quick (had a morning appointment on a Saturday). I can't think of another delarship I woud want to take my car to or buy my next one from. THANKS RANDY!! More
Walked in just wanting to look at cars we had reviewed on line. Your employee, Mike Middledorf, was able to show us each of the vehicles we wanted to see/touch. The vehicle we finally chose was on the last line of your lot. Mike sat down with us, went over all the options, and left us chose the one we wanted. Mike did all the paper work he could that night but due to the time, we decided we would come back Friday and complete the purchase. Mike called to make sure of the time we would be there on Friday so he would have the vehicle prep complete. Once there on Friday, Mike worked with us to make sure we were able to complete our paper work in a timely manner! I would definitely buy another vehicle from from Massy Hyundai!!! More
This was our first stop in the hunt for a car for my son, we walked on the lot and spotted a couple of cars that were in the price range that we were looking. Rich greeted us and asked if we had any questions, then offered for us to take a test drive. He knew we had just started the process and was pleasant to deal with, no pressure to buy any certain car or “take it home today”. He took us out to the lot out back and showed us several different color options and packages all in the same price range. He gave us a preliminary price for the car and we left to continue our shopping. He wished us good luck with our search and we felt no pressure as we left. Rich followed up with an email providing an online brochure of the car and his number. A few days later he followed up to see if we were still interested and made an offer that was hard to refuse. We came in, all the paperwork was ready, we signed the deal and were very pleased. Also Sam in finance was very good, efficient , quick and no pressure on the up sell, just showed the options, took no thank you for an answer the first time and moved on. More
