Our salesman, Andrew, was exceptional in explaining the features of the car and the financing options to me and my daughter. He gave us great value on our trade-in, answered all questions to our satisfact features of the car and the financing options to me and my daughter. He spent time after the sale assisting my daughter in setting up Bluelink and pairing her phone to the car. Likewise, Joe got us through the financing paperwork efficiently and was able to keep our monthly payment very close to my expectations. I had been considering purchasing a Hyundai Elantra for approximately 2 years, but was wary of going through the whole car buying process again (I just really liked the Elantras!). I only wanted to test d approximately 2 years, but was wary of going through the whole car buying process again (I just really liked the Elantras!). I only wanted to test drive an Elantra and check to see how much I would be offered for my trade in. After test driving, I was curious about how much it would cost to purchase a new Elantra and was undecided between two different Elantras. Mike was very patient and helpful and gave me figures for both of the vehicles so I could make an informed decision. I was also made a generous offer for my trade in. I had a prior engagement and couldn't make any purchases that day, but when I returned on Monday all of the paper work had been started and it was a fast process, plus my car was already cleaned and ready to go. Sam in finance was also very friendly and easy to talk to, and was patient when I didn't understand something and explained it multiple times when necessary. My overall experience at Massey was positive and I would recommend them to anyone. More
