I was looking for a new car and met Doug Potter and we looked around and took a test drive in the Sonata. A lot of salesmen will not say much and let you ask the questions. We bought a 2008 Hyundai Tuscon in September 2013. Kayla the sales rep was friendly and knowledgeable. The detailer was a great. When transferring my "stuff" over to the Tuscon I forgot to get my rearview the sales rep was friendly and knowledgeable. The detailer was a great. When transferring my "stuff" over to the Tuscon I forgot to get my rearview mirror charms which had my grandfathers heirloom on it. The detailer noticed it and put in a baggie for me to pick up. We had done our homework prior to arriving late on the 14th of October. I had sent several items to the dealer via email and had received several responses from Amanda Wingo. We had been to another Hyunda 14th of October. I had sent several items to the dealer via email and had received several responses from Amanda Wingo. We had been to another Hyundai dealer earlier in the day and had not been satisfied with the offer that they had made to us. We had purchased another Hyundai from Massey Hyundai over a year ago and were satisfied with that deal. We had a good idea of what the price would be for the Hyundai Elantra that we would be purchasing. Massey Hyundai did not let us down. They beat the price from the other dealer by over $1,300 in the end. We decided to come back the following day to finish the paperwork and take delivery of our new car. Amanda was on the ball the entire time and did an outstanding job. I know that we will shop at Massey Hyundai again in the future. Great dealership with awesome prices and wonderful sales people!!!
