Extremely unprofessional, shoddy way to do "business". Avoid. I've communicated to the dealership online first. Asked for a price breakdown on a new Elantra. Cheapest base model. Answer "business". A soft-spoken "front line" person had only one problem. He didn't know anything and was just relaying questions and answers to-from inside a glass door. When I asked for "out of the door" price - a sticky note was handed to me (from the glass door space) with one number. I replied to give it back and get detailed price breakdown. Answer: "he is not going to do it". I went to the glass door, opened it and stated that either I have detailed numbers or I am not here. I was told to leave the dealership- I sure did. Besides both online and in person they asked to fill a credit application right away. Conclusion: extremely unprofessional, shoddy way to do "business". Avoid. More
Went in with my mother one evening as this was our first stop on our list. I met with Tommy who was very friendly and we test drove the car immediately. In those quick 15 minutes I fell in love with the 201 stop on our list. I met with Tommy who was very friendly and we test drove the car immediately. In those quick 15 minutes I fell in love with the 2013 sonata. Tommy was very knowledgable about the specs and features of the car. We sat down to get some estimates and before I knew it we had been there for hours. My mother and I were trying to get the best deal and after going back and forth a few times we felt defeated and even left the dealership and headed to our cars. It wasn't even moments after we left that Mr. Lane took off after us and presented us with the deal we were looking for!! I was so ecstatic that I was able to get the car I instantly fell in love with & that my first car buying experience went so well! Thank you Tommy for making this girl a happy one!! More
It was a very pleasant buying experience. Mike did a great job of explaining all of the different features of our new car. He even assisted in connecting our cell phones to the car's media center. I went to Massey “for fun” one evening and ended up walking out with a brand new car. I absolutely love my car and I was VERY pleased with the customer service from everyone that I spoke with. I made an internet request on a price of a vehicle. Salesman Scott Sword responded within 24 hours to my request. After speaking with him, the knowledge he had of their inventory and exactly what I wanted I decided to go to dealership. Mr. Sword was very pleasant, accommodating to my schedule. He explained different packages the vehicle I was looking at came with and picked a vehicle with the equipment I was looking at. He did not try to sell me "up" to next model but respected my decision. I had to make several decisions on the phone and he left me to my conversation and was never, ever pushy. The dealership in whole, sales, service and parts were very clean and all employees I was introduced to were very sincere and polite. I would recommend this dealer to anyone. More
