Went to Massey after getting the run around from another dealer. Spoke with Mr. Lane on the phone, advised him what we were looking for (Veloster) and what we wanted to pay. Since we had never seen one, we stopped in just to look at an Equus with no intention of buying one. Tommy Lane was our salesman who couldn't have been better to work with. We were surprised at how nice the Equus was, and the dealership made us a deal we didn't think could be achieved, so we now own a new Equus and are loving it. We have purchased a number of new cars over the years and have had good experiences with those events, but none of those experiences were better than this one.
