The entire purchasing process was comfortable, with no pressure or up-selling. We didn't even talk about numbers until Amanda was positive the 2013 Elantra GLS was the car for us. They work with you on price and interest and don't pass you off to managers. Sam was pleasant and we were happy with the additional options available. He was not pushy, but did a great job in describing the products. Wish I could give these guys a "6"!! My advice, either start here or end here, chances are you'll get your car at Massey Hyundai. More
