Massey listened to our concerns and will hopefully adjust their processes in the future. Thank you for listening with more than just your ears Massey Hyundai. We'll continue to be part of the Massey family. OUR EXPERIENCE:I have to say that my wife and I had a less than desirable experience at this facility. We made an appointment. We waited for 45 mins while salesperson test drove a car with another customer. We had 3 kids with us 5 and under. Scheduling is crucial for us. I received an apology and decided to give the salesperson another shot. We test drove a Sonata Friday evening with Mike and I thought things went well. We told him we were looking at the Accord and the Sonata and would make a decision by the end of this week. We wanted his best price. He said he would have pricing on Saturday. My wife and I know how things work when buying a car, which is why we wanted the best price. Instead, we were asked to go online and fill out a credit application. We knew we already qualified which is why we wanted a price. My wife and I are very old fashion and believe Return on Customer value is more important than ROI. We received a price immediately from another competitor. More

Great experience After several weeks of researching new vehicles, we saw the Santa Fe online at Massey's website. Once we came to see the vehicle, we knew right away After several weeks of researching new vehicles, we saw the Santa Fe online at Massey's website. Once we came to see the vehicle, we knew right away that this was the one for us. Our salesperson, Tommy, was a pleasure to work with. He was took time to answer all of our questions and make sure that we got the deal we wanted. When we moved on to the finance department, Eric walked us through the process of signing on the dotted line quickly and efficiently. Great experience with purchase of 2014 Hyundai Elantra Recently purchased a 2014 Hyundai Elantra Limited, when my wife and I arrived at the dealership we were immediately greeted by salesman Winchester. He Recently purchased a 2014 Hyundai Elantra Limited, when my wife and I arrived at the dealership we were immediately greeted by salesman Winchester. He was polite and professional answering all of our questions without being pushy. We wound up not liking the color and had to leave for an appointment. Winchester went above and beyond keeping in contact with us and researched other Elantra's with other colors and the same features we wanted in a car. We returned hours later and he had us figured out cause he found the perfect car for us. No haggling over prices and trade-in value, the entire purchase process went very smooth with everyone being friendly and professional. The facilities are clean and inviting, and the Service Dept staff were very polite. I returned to the Service Dept a week later and Randy provided excellent service. Winchester worked tirelessly to get us all rebates and incentives. This is the best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had and we highly recommend Massey Hyundai! More
Didn't play games We wanted to buy a new car with certain features and we knew what it should cost. There were other makes/models that would have worked but those deal We wanted to buy a new car with certain features and we knew what it should cost. There were other makes/models that would have worked but those dealerships were beyond frustrating to work with b/c they insisted upon spending hours haggling when we made it clear that we did not want to spend hours haggling--just give us the bottom line! It should not be that painful to spend so much money. We stopped into the Hyundai dealer almost on a whim, although we had done some online research about the Santa Fe in advance and thought it might work for us. Doug Potter accepted our lack of patience with the stylized sales routines that other dealers were using. He streamlined the process to an acceptable level and we drove away in our new Santa Fe. I really do not know why other dealers accept or encourage those stylized sales practices even when the customer has made it clear that they don't want to do that. Lost sales due to sheer stubbornness or stupidity. In addition, although we were approved by our credit union in advance and had a check in hand for the purchase, Doug found a lender with even lower interest rates and it did not overly lengthen the process. Works for me! More
