Great Experience After dealing with several local car dealerships, being told to come in that they had the car we wanted and being let down, we decided to search a lit After dealing with several local car dealerships, being told to come in that they had the car we wanted and being let down, we decided to search a little further away from home. We found Massey online, and searched the inventory for our Hyundai. We called to speak with sales and spoke with Scott Sword. He was very quick in checking to ensure he indeed had the car on his lot and available for sale. He understood our prior frustrations and respected that we would be driving an hour away, so to make things simple he sent us the application via email to speed up the process. Scott worked with us to not only get us in the car we wanted but made sure we were happy with everything before we signed. I was not pressured into a color car I did not want, without features that were important to me, as prior dealerships tried to do!! Scott listened to everything we wanted in the car and financially. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly, making small talk with us, making the atmosphere very family friendly. Andrew Papoutsis and Scott Sword both took the time to put the mats I purchased in the car for me in the pouring down rain, while Doug Potter made small talk with my husband. Huge team effort which was nice to experience. (Other dealerships never even said hello or made eye contact if they were not working directly with you). Finance with Eric Witter was quick and friendly!! Very smooth process and we could not be more happy with our choice. The follow up letter and phone call, thanking us for our business, was very appreciated as well. More

My credit was not great, but he and the sales manager got a much better interest rate for me than I was offered by Capital One Credit Services over the internet. I'm very happy that I was able to trade in my old car and walk away with a used car with under 60k miles for less than $10k. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the area looking for a car and not for the stereotypical car shopping experience. More

Super experience! I have bought 6 other Hyundai's from this dealership. The other salesmen were friendly, but, definitely did not go the extra mile as Mike did. Mike went WAY above to make me happy with this experience. I got the car I wanted with his help. After the purchase, he made sure I knew how to work everything in the new car. I have never had an experience this great in all the cars I have bought in the past. Can not say enough good things about him, and his expertise. He, the sales manager, the finance manager understood that I wanted out of the car I had desperately and they made it happen. More

Went to buy an Accent bought a new 2014 Elantra Just want to say Thanks for the great experience my wife and I had at Masseys. We went in to look at the Accent with a listing I got off the internet. Before arriving I called Andrew and he said he would meet us at the door. When we arrived he was there waiting for us and then the magic began. He showed us the Accent that I had asked for but he told us that the Elantra was more like our Focus that we where trading in and we fell in love with it. Everyone from Andrew to Chris all the way to Eric the whole experience with the sell was great .
