Bad service at service center This was my first new car that I have bought, so I got the 3 year service contract along with the car. I was not pleased at all with the wait time to have an oil change 1 1/2 hours. So I had hit an animal and messed the front of my car, during that time I took my car in to be serviced. Paperwork stated car was walked around and inspected and was fine. Next day I pulled out of my driveway and anti-freeze was in it. Here from the accident the radiator had been pushed back and was cracked. Then recently I had taken my car for an annual basic cleaning with the coupon that was sent out. It was as if a little kid had cleaned the car. Bugs were still on front of car, door jams never even wiped, dash was wiped off but nothing else and coupon clearly stated wipe all interior surfaces, windows streaks every where never even washed the car rims. Contacted manager and he said a batch of coupons were sent out incorrectly. What a joke. Will definitely never ever get a service contract again much less deal with the service department in the future . More

My issues were with Mike Middledorf who I had the appointment with not being there for the appointment and Massey Hyundai's website was misleading with the prices that they have listed as the final price. But in the end I walked out happy with a smile on my face and the keys to my new car in my hand. More

Despite the fact that there is a Hyundai dealership much closer to our residence, we would not go anywhere else other than Massey because of the exceptional treatment and service we have received from Massey's entire staff--sales, service and finance. The staff is extremely professional, courteous and go out of their way to treat you like a valued customer. Ken Smith and Eric Witter treated us exceptionally well and went out of their way to make sure we were very well taken care of. Massey's receptionist, Alaka Albert, was extremely professional and courteous, and also went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Since 2012, when we purchased our first Hyundai from Massey, our experience with Massey, from sales to service, has been nothing short of excellent. More
