Disappointing The car had a dead battery and needed charged PRIOR to the test drive. Salesman assured us it would be replaced if we had issues. One of the tires was low on air. They checked all the tires but never put any of the valve stem caps back on. Battery was dead by the time we got home at 10:00pm. Immediately texted and called salesman that night. No one from service called us the following day but salesman did text me in the afternoon to see if we had called service. My husband then did but was told the dealership couldn't help him, call Hyundai Roadside Assistance?!? After several phone calls and at our insistence, dealership had someone bring us a new battery. Car also had warped rotors (with only 30 miles?!!?) which were NOT replaced as they should have been, only turned. So I guess when those rotors need replaced sooner than they should be, we will be told it's normal wear and tear and we'll be forced to pocket this extra expense? This is our second Sonata and after this experience will probably be our last. My 2013 Sonata was a joy and I'm sorry I traded it in. Never had a problem with it or the dealership we purchased it from. Doesn't seem like this dealership stands behind their brand-new sales and their customer service is short on service. This is our fifth new car purchase and the first time we've ever had issues with the vehicle, especially within the first 24 hours of purchase! Very disappointing experience. More

I was feeling nervous and at a loss of what I should do, for buying a new car was the farthest thing from my mind when I left my house that morning. Upon entering the lobby, I was greeted promptly and professionally. I asked to speak with Mike Middledorf because he was the saleman who assisted my brother when he purchased a new car. Mike was a pleasure to work with and quickly put my nerves at ease. He did not take advantage of my situation. He worked to give me the best possible deal and put me in the nicest car within my budget. I drove away that day, in a beautiful car and very happy with my experience.
