Great Customer Service The Service Director, Matt Whetzel is awesome! He was very reassuring, kind and helpful when I called him to discuss my recently bought 2011 Hyundai S The Service Director, Matt Whetzel is awesome! He was very reassuring, kind and helpful when I called him to discuss my recently bought 2011 Hyundai Sonata. I was concerned about my car occasionally not starting. He said I could bring it and at no charge they would look at it. The Service Tech was also very accommodating and kind and explained that they tightened the battery cable and it should ok now. I can't remember when I've gotten such great customer service! Thank you Matt and your great team! Now I can enjoy my car! I also need to mention my great salesman, Ryan, whom I spent many hours with. Thank you for explaining the features of my car and syncing up my smart phone for me. More
Buyer beware!! Sonata has too many hidden design flaws. Great dealership!! 2013 Sonata is garbage and has too many hidden design flaws. A/C condensation pan is in the cabin area of car. Evidently a s Great dealership!! 2013 Sonata is garbage and has too many hidden design flaws. A/C condensation pan is in the cabin area of car. Evidently a stink bug had clogged the drain tube, so I had the better part of an inch of water on both the driver and passenger floors. Why would the condensation pan be inside the car??? Oil pan shroud catches oil as it should, but only has 2 small areas to reach in and clean any excess spilled oil. If oil filter is removed and NOT dropped straight down, it catches on the shroud and oil spills. I have had several oil changes prior to and this one left a nice sized puddle/stain on my concrete driveway. Massey Hyundai did a great job in taking care of both issues, but I am waiting to to see what the next 6 months hold. Hyundai put too much emphasis on the outward appearance and included options then on a real world functional design. More
