I was on Massey's website looking at the 2016 Elantras. My husband & Ashley had several phone conversations, deciding on a good time for us to meet & test drive. I was in my brand new Elantra in exactly one week. All of the staff was very friendly. Ashley is exceptional. She left no stone unturned when explaining everything in detail about the car & all of the forms that we had to sign. She was very knowledgeable, even about the engine. Eric Witter was a pleasure to work with in Finance. He was very friendly, knowledgeable & explained everything in detail about all of the forms we had to sign & giving us recommendations on the extra warranties that we should have, which we did take out. We bought our 2003 Accent at Massey & were very pleased then. Our daughter now owns the Accent. We did not trade anything in on the Elantra. We also visited the service department & the staff there was very friendly, too. The staff at Massey is excellent to work with & I would recommend Massey to anyone who is looking for a new or used car. And, if in the future we decide to get another car, we will buy it from Massey. More
