2016 Hyundai Santa Fe "I spoke with Michael and told him that I was coming from Massachusetts so he didn't play any games because I was traveling from a distance. The car was still on the lot and the price I saw over the internet was what I paid. The only expectation the I had was that I should have qualified for the 0.9% financing but instead was only given a much higher rate at 3.9%. I was too far deep in the deal and I know how to beat that by just paying the loan off sooner so I agreed with the purchase. I would recommend that there is more training of the entire staff to know what the other departments do because it seemed like when I asked about the process I was told that ""I don't handle that so I don't know?"" Or this was an act of just playing stupid? I am referring more to when I had multiple questions about what I needed to do about getting my new car registered in another state. It was a little un nerving that the clerk had never dealt with Massachuesetts before. Tiffany Jenkins the clerk did a great job of keeping me informed and handling the process so all in all things worked out great and would definitely consider buying a car from Massey again even if I have to travel a 1000 miles round trip from Massachusetts."
