He explained all the features and benefits of the vehicle that convinced me that I was making a smart decision. Doug was friendly and professional and if I did not understand something he took the extra time to explain it to me. The entire staff at Massey had smiles on their faces and I felt comfortable purchasing a vehicle there knowing if had any concerns in the future that I would be taken care of. I love the car I bought and a lot of it had to do with Mr. Potter knowing that this was the car for me.
