First new car purchase. This was my first purchase of a new car. It was nice talking and interacting with a "human" and not someone who pushes sales just to make sales. The only negative about the experience was the boy from the service garage. He was incredibly rude to my partner because the car wasn't detailed (externally) the way it shouldve been before driving it off the lot. More

Randy at the service department, who is always extremely helpful, quickly found a salesperson to help me out while I was waiting for service. Eric showed me around the lot and immediately was interested in what I was looking for, and how he could get me the best deal for my price range (and to keep it in the low range). He was open to all of my questions, and was more than okay with me taking the night to think about it. I was back the next day and in under three hours had purchased a brand new 2017 Elantra. I am thoroughly satisfied with the car and the service I received. Massey Hyundai is a tried and true dealer! More
