Excellent I knew what car I had wanted when I stopped in the dealership. Chaz greeted me in the parking lot, was very friendly and not overly aggressive. I told him what I wanted, he went over all the options and details with me. While the guy worked on my loan, we test drive the car. Discussed all the features, asked what my questions were and answered all the questions I had. He was very courteous and knowledgeable regarding the car I was purchasing. He took his time and explained everything in detail.
