Time crunch masters! I was looking for a specific car (2013 Elantra GT) & decided to travel to Hagerstown from DC because Massey had two. It happened to be my birthday and I was looking for a specific car (2013 Elantra GT) & decided to travel to Hagerstown from DC because Massey had two. It happened to be my birthday and I had concert tickets for later that day. I left DC with plenty of time but didn't factor in all the traffic I'd hit on a holiday weekend. So, once I finally arrived, I was working under a serious time crunch... I explained the situation to Mike Middledorf and he was AWESOME! As was the finance guy, Eric Witter. I was literally pacing in the showroom while waiting for my new car to finish being detailed. I almost drove away without a temp tag, lol! If you want a dealership that is honest, ethical, and not into the game playing that a lot of dealerships employ, then I'd highly recommend you make the trek to Massey. Very friendly group and a popcorn machine while you're waiting! I love my new (to me) car and am so glad I decided to buy from Massey. More

Don't go here I bought a used 2015 hyundai accent from this dealership a week ago. Only two days after driving it the bottom undercarriage fell down. When I arrived I bought a used 2015 hyundai accent from this dealership a week ago. Only two days after driving it the bottom undercarriage fell down. When I arrived at the service dept I saw two men touching my car without introducing themselves. Bad beginning right there. Then the employee says that something came up and split the undercarriage, absolutely not! When the undercarriage fell down it was rubbing against my tire melting the undercarriage. Anybody can see that! The man offered no solution so I drove home with the undercarriage still dragging and came back that evening and spoke to the sales manager (the only helpful person in this whole situation). He said service shouldn't have let me leave without at least putting a screw in. So thanks service for thinking of my safety! I then came back a few days later and talked to the service manager he was a little more sensible until we went home and noticed that all my fenders besides the one one the back drivers side is loose and missing screws. So much for a precertified prenowned car and the inspection! Clearly none was done or was done very very poorly. Clearly this was a problem before we bought the car a week ago. I emailed the service manager the pictures and his response was to put in a insurance claim. Absolutely not! I am not paying out of pocket for your mistake! Stay away from this dealership they will sell you damaged cars and won t take responsibility for it! More
