I have a small imperfection on the bumper that I noticed after getting my vehicle home and Massey has been more than accommodating at getting in to get it repaired. More

Sales person was good, sales manager was a total jerk It took three visits to the dealer, one to decide, and two for the purchase. and had it not been for the sales person calling back, I would not have p It took three visits to the dealer, one to decide, and two for the purchase. and had it not been for the sales person calling back, I would not have purchased my 4th Hyundai from them. I asked the sales person, online if the price shown was correct, and was told yes. When I arrived at the dealer, the sales person I was dealing with was two busy, so they sent me to another one. The first question I asked, was if the price online was correct, and again, I was told yes. According to the sales manager, that was not correct, and he was very rude. When the paper work finally arrived, I noticed that the $3000 for my trade was not listed. I was told it would take a while to re-do it.. Needless to say, I left rather angry. The sales person did call back later in the week, and we were able to finish the purchase. Other things went wrong also, but I'll leave that for another time. More

Kudos to Chaz Bought a Hyundai Accent recently from Chaz Campbell at Massey Hyundai. We showed up 45 min before closing. Even though the dealership was about to Bought a Hyundai Accent recently from Chaz Campbell at Massey Hyundai. We showed up 45 min before closing. Even though the dealership was about to close, he took his time and helped us buy the car we wanted. Never did we feel rushed or pressured. We got the car we wanted (color, options and price). We went to other dealerships that is closer to where we live and we were either pressured, price was too high or brushed aside.
