A Refreshing Turn of Events I have visited this dealership before, both for myself and for my wife. We had a poor experience when my wife was looking for a vehicle. The staff was I have visited this dealership before, both for myself and for my wife. We had a poor experience when my wife was looking for a vehicle. The staff was not receptive to our needs, tried to get us into a different vehicle than we wanted. As well, he did not explain the pricing adequately and attempted to have us lease after we stated we did not wish to take that route. Disgruntled, we went elsewhere. As I have been looking for a vehicle this year, I have looked online and was hesitant to go with Massey (due to the pricing issues previously). I requested information and was not pleased with the responses I received via email and text. My emails were rudely responded to and my text questions were evaded. After a couple months, there was still a vehicle I was interested in so my wife and I went to look at it. Carlisha greeted us and dealt with us from that point forward. She completely made our experience. She was upfront, not pushy, honest and answered all my questions. As well, she made sure to listen to my needs and assisted me appropriately. It goes to show that staff really can make or break an experience, and determine a customer's decision to purchase. Because of her and Eric (financing), we chose to purchase from Massey. That accompanied with the rebate benefits we received which helped me be able to purchase my first brand new vehicle. More
