Not good Bought 2 cars under 3 weeks ago. My wife car was a Tucson. The tire need air light came on the very next day. She made appt to have it looked at. Air Bought 2 cars under 3 weeks ago. My wife car was a Tucson. The tire need air light came on the very next day. She made appt to have it looked at. Air was put in light went out. Well 3 days later it came on again. She called. They said add air. She did but for some reason tire went flat. Donut tire was put in. Went to dealer. They reset sensor and charged $83. On a bumper to bumper warranty. Well the light came on again. They said we owe another $108 for a tire that obviously had the slow leak when we bought it. The headache of the car light for 3 weeks and the hassle was of no concern to Massey. Spent 45k on 2 vehicles and this how they treat you. The salesman and the desk staff were great. The service center employees were very informative and helpful. The people who make the call to pay for this or not for the buyers are not pleasant. How do you not pay the $108 after the hassle that so called valued customers went through.
