Best in class and value. I've been in the market for a vehicle for a while now. After a lot of research and comparison shopping, I found the Hyundai Elantra's to be the best v I've been in the market for a vehicle for a while now. After a lot of research and comparison shopping, I found the Hyundai Elantra's to be the best vehicle for my needs. I want a car that places safety as a priority, provides top features (bells and whistles), and excellent fuel economy. The 2017 Hyundai Elantra meets my requirements and then some. I primarily use www.cars.com for all my car buying needs. I then stumbled upon the large selection of vehicles available at Massey Hyundai that by far exceeded my best prices around where I live (Central PA) by thousands of dollars. Please take in mind that the internet prices are most likely NOT what you are going to pay. They are posted with the most rebates included. That might bother some people as you most likely won't qualify for the military AND college grad discount (must have recently graduated and have a current job in your major) so you should expect at least a $900 increase from the internet price. However, Massey's prices are still at least $4,000 better than any of the closer Hyundai dealerships in my area. Once I arrived, I was greeted by a very friendly Brandi Bove who treated me as a VIP. Food and drinks were immediately offered more than once as I waited to meet with Tommy Lane. (Sales) Mr. Lane was extremely knowledgeable on every aspect of the vehicle plus listened to my expectations and desires instead of just going through the motions. The best thing about Tommy Lane was that he was not aggressive in trying to force a sale. He was very understanding and willing to give me space on making a final decision. After I finally decided to purchase my vehicle, he made sure to go over every feature of my new car first hand as we were in the vehicle together in the parking lot. I was also introduced to Rose Nelson (Service) who was extremely friendly and congratulatory in my new purchase which continued the theme of being treated as a VIP and top priority even though they were very busy at the time. Lastly, Eric Witter in finance was very helpful and listened carefully to my recent situation. I informed him I was hoping to only have around $200 monthly payments but that I could manage with the original $214 on the final sale. He immediately worked some incentives and brought my payments down to $200 on the nose and even expanded the warranties I was going to have! I was completely blown away as this was the icing on the cake that Massey Hyundai was by far my best car buying experience. Overall, I could not be happier with my new 2017 Hyundai Elantra and the experience I had at Massey Hyundai. I've had some bad experiences at other dealerships with over aggressive sales representatives or feeling unimportant because I might not have been buying the top model. Massey Hyundai falls under the Goldilocks effect of not too aggressive but not unimportant. Considering all my times at other dealerships in the past, Massey Hyundai is by far the best in class and value. More
