Highly Unsatisfied Experience! I bought a new car and after driving said car for two weeks, the car was not a good fit for me. I drive a lot due to school and work, so I needed some I bought a new car and after driving said car for two weeks, the car was not a good fit for me. I drive a lot due to school and work, so I needed something reliable and up to standard for the journey. This was mentioned before a car was shown (Note: I was not able to select a vehicle, which was not really a big deal, at first....or so I thought). The car I was given was a low grade, basic vehicle that is ideal for driving in and around town; it is not the best for daily long distance journeys. I do not live or work in Hagerstown. I tried to bring it back to the dealership to try to get something else, since I did not choose the first vehicle and was told that I could not. Now, I am stuck with a vehicle that I am definitely not comfortable driving. I've called to speak with a manager about the situation after first consulting the bank who approved the loan. The bank stated that they do not choose vehicles for customers and that I should contact Massey Hyundai directly about exchanging the vehicle for something else. I have been calling to speak with a manager about the situation, to no avail. Not a good look in terms of customer service. This was my first new vehicle and it was a terrible experience. I am beyond angry and disappointed in this dealership. If I had not responded to a preapproval letter for this specific dealership, I wouldn't be in this position. I definitely take accountability for that unfortunate mistake. More

Totally unreliable We chose this dealership because of a good deal on their website. We did a test drive and decided to proceed with signing the lease. Representative wh We chose this dealership because of a good deal on their website. We did a test drive and decided to proceed with signing the lease. Representative which worked with us disappeared for a 30 min and we asked for a manager. As it appeared later she tried to work with two pairs of clients at the same time. At that point, it was 2.5 hours since we arrived. The manager came out and started the negotiation. We had a car which was still in the lease (3 months left) so we let them know that we still have two payments left. We were rushed through the contract by their financial manager. As a result, it took 3 hours total, we got a new car and left our old one there. A few days later we found out that they messed up our financial documents. First, they put the incomplete address in the contract so we might not have received the bill on time and might not have paid on time so our credit score could suffer. We called a few times on that matter and only after a week they corrected the information. Second, they did not cover the last month's lease on the old car to Hyundai finance although we provided all information for our old car. At this time, they stopped returning our phone calls. Based on our experience, would not recommend this place. More

Chaz is the best! I was so pleased at how hard everyone worked to get me the car I wanted at a price I could afford. My credit isn't perfect but I walked away with a go I was so pleased at how hard everyone worked to get me the car I wanted at a price I could afford.
