Fantastic experience at Massey Hyundai I walked onto the lot at Massey after several months of researching potential cars and knew that the only vehicle that I was currently interested in w I walked onto the lot at Massey after several months of researching potential cars and knew that the only vehicle that I was currently interested in was the 2017 Elantra Sport with the manual transmission. After looking at the inventory online I saw that Massey had 3 on the lot so I decided to make the trip for the test drive. Yvonne Peterson greeted me as soon as she parked a car, asking if anyone was helping me. After learning that I had just gotten to the lot, she warmly welcomed me and offered her assistance. I told her that I only had interest in one particular car and she offered up a test drive. It was nice to not be put into a high pressure sales situation right from the jump. After a fairly lengthy test drive, I decided to start playing the game with the numbers and Yvonne worked very hard to get me the best deal possible. In all, I was only at the dealership for a couple of hours and walked away with everything I wanted - the car, the price, and the value for my trade. I would personally recommend Yvonne and Massey to anyone shopping for a new Hyundai. They listened to what I wanted, didn't try to upsell anything, worked hard to discount the price to the range I wanted, and were professional, courteous, and kind throughout the entire transaction.
