ABSOLUTELY BEYOND AMAZING DEALERSHIP MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE HAD SUCH AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE SINCE WE HAD OUR 2012 HYUNDAI SONATA (THAT WE BOUGHT ELSEWHERE) SERVICED THERE... WE ENDED UP WIT MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE HAD SUCH AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE SINCE WE HAD OUR 2012 HYUNDAI SONATA (THAT WE BOUGHT ELSEWHERE) SERVICED THERE... WE ENDED UP WITH A PROBLEM WITH IT THAT COULDNT BE FIXED SO WE SOLD IT AND WENT BACK AND BOUGHT A 2017 HYUNDAI SONATA SPORT FROM TOMMY, IN OCTOBER OF 2016... THIS YEAR WE HAD TO GET A FORD FOCUS WE DID NOT PURCHASE THERE FIXED AND AS ALWAYS THE ONLY PLACE WE TRUST IS MASSEY AND WE WERE HAVING DIFFICULTIES WITH THE WARRANTY COMPANY...THANKS TO RANDY EXPLAINING EVERYTHING TO ME IN A WAY A PERSON WHO DOES NOT KNOW CARS WOULD UNDERSTAND WE DECIDED TO GET RID OF THAT CAR AND COME BACK THE SAME DAY AND PURCHASED A 2014 HYUNDAI ELANTRA GT FROM CHAZ!!!! AS WE WERE WAITING SO MANY OTHER EMPLOYEES JUST WILLINGLY TALKED TO US AND MADE US FEEL LIKE EVERYONE WANTED US THERE...NOT JUST THE PERSON WHO WAS WORKING WITH US!! EVERYONE ADMIRED OUR SON AND COMPLIMENTED HOW WELL HE WAS BEHAVED FOR A 5 HOUR ORDEAL OF TEST DRIVES AND PICKING THE RIGHT ONE... IN THE END WE COULDNT BE ANY HAPPIER WITH THE COMPANY WE CHOSE TO BUY FROM, AND IT MAKES ME SO HAPPY THAT OUR FAMILY MEMBERS SMILE AND SAY THEY FINALLY FEEL WE HAVE SAFE RELIABLE CARS!!! THANKS TO MASSEY FOR MAKING THAT HAPPEN!!! WE HAVE SENT A FEW FAMILY MEMBERS YOUR WAY AND PLAN TO TELL THE WHOLE WORLD OF CAR SHOPPERS WHERE TO GO!!! I HAVE MARKED EVERYONE WHO INCLUDED US IN JOKING AROUND AND KEEPING US ENTERTAINED WHILE WE WAITED FOR EVERYTHING TO GO THROUGH!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE VISITING MASSEY FOR OUR CAR SERVICES AND TO JUST LOOK AROUND WHILE WAITING FOR AN OIL CHANGE... AND OUR 5 YEAR OLD SAYS THANKS FOR ALWAYS HAVING POPCORN FOR HIM!!! A Story of Redemption We started out at Massey Hyundai several months prior to the purchase of our 2018 Elantra and were disappointed by our over all experience. We found t We started out at Massey Hyundai several months prior to the purchase of our 2018 Elantra and were disappointed by our over all experience. We found the sales employee to be pretty cold and the experience felt so uncomfortable and pressured that we actually decided against buying a car completely. We decided to give it a try again, knowing that we were still definitely interested in a Hyundai, in mid-August. It was at this time that we met Steve Saunders. He helped us look around the lot at the inventory and his service was much friendlier than our previous experience. We can't say enough about his positive and professional service. He was detail-oriented finding us exactly what we wanted on the lot. We were very impressed and came back the next week to purchase our car. He was very informative and hospitable through the entire process making sure we understood what was happening every step of the way. He helped us find the right payment option for us and outlined all of the price reductions for which we qualified. It was a very easy decision with Steve on our side. He, without a doubt, redeemed the Massey Hyundai experience for us. More
