When we finally found my car I prepared myself for the much dreaded car buying experience but instead was blown away by how smooth the entire transaction was. The sales manager (Tim Daniel) was honest with me when I asked about a certain detail, Jason Bradley took time to answer my questions over the phone and Gil Harpe handled my financing without pressuring me even ONCE. Financing is what I’d dreaded most (sales tactics...pressure....) but I couldn’t be more pleased with how painless it was. It was a pleasant experience, everyone was warm and friendly but Clare Vossen is something else. They have themselves a crown jewel in that one. :-) More

Above and beyond!!! This was the best car buying experience we have ever had! We test drove the car, went home and thought about it for about 3 weeks, then came back and This was the best car buying experience we have ever had! We test drove the car, went home and thought about it for about 3 weeks, then came back and purchased the car. From the time we test drove it to the time they handed us the keys, I am not sure we spent more than two hours on this purchase. The negotiating was done over the phone and they promised to have us out in 30-45 minutes to sign the papers and I think it was less than 30! We had a birthday party that day and we drove an hour and a half to get the car so it was important to us to be done quickly so we could get back. On top of that, I noticed when we got home that our car didn’t have floor mats. When I called to see if they would look to see if they could find them, they ordered me a brand new set to match my car! I was so thankful for that! They could have gone to Walmart and got me some cheap-o floor mats just to say they got me some, but they didnt! They went above and beyond and purchased a brand new set from the dealer! Albert and James were a pleasure to work with and I hope that I am able to buy my next car from them as well! Thanks so much fellas!!! :) More
