Clare V. did a Great job! My husband and I had saw a car that we really liked but the sales person that we were working with at the time was not the best at communication and w My husband and I had saw a car that we really liked but the sales person that we were working with at the time was not the best at communication and we had an appointment with him in which he began working with someone else. (Never came to greet us and we still do not know who he is) However, Clare Vossen came up and introduced herself, stating that she will be happy to assist us with test driving the car we desired. She was professional, never rushed us in the time we needed to make our decision, personable and as a result we purchased the car. We were there for about an hour, when we left it was about 15 minutes after they closed and never once did she state that she must leave. Clare even took the time to go over additional things about the car (after purchasing the car) just in case I missed some of the bells and whistles. (help me hook up the Bluetooth, text messaging, etc. within the car and I didn't even have to ask her to do this) However, I make this a big deal because three days earlier with the other car salesperson that we were initially working with did not even want to take the time for me to come view the car and they were closing in 45 minutes. He informed my husband that he been there all day and was time for him to go home. I only live 7 minutes from dealership. Customer service goes a long way with my husband and I since we are business owners and try to exemplify professional care to all our patients. I must say Care Vossen really stepped in and saved the day. It has been two weeks later and she still check to make sure everything is going great! (I wish she got all the commission because she did the work!) Clare gets a 5 but the dealership gets a 3 because of the awful experience we had with the other employee.
