They over promised and didn’t hold up to their end of the deal. Two months later and I’m still trying to get my car repaired. They take it for the day and it’s the same when I get it back. After arriving at my designated appointment, the receptionist asked me to wait for the sales agent then returned to inform me that the agent is not coming because he was concerned about the lack of lease specials.
