Buying a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) Maserati from this dealership has been one disappointment after another. The problems started before I even drove the car off the lot. The only positive thing I can dealership has been one disappointment after another. The problems started before I even drove the car off the lot. The only positive thing I can say is that my salesperson was phenomenal. He has continued helping me long after the sale, despite none of these issues being his responsibility. The finance process was disorganized from the beginning. It took days of back-and-forth with my bank because paperwork wasn’t completed correctly. During signing, I purchased thousands of dollars in protection plans, including tire & wheel protection and what was explained to me as bumper-to-bumper coverage where I’d only be responsible for normal wear items like brakes and rotors. Before signing, after signing, and repeatedly over the past year, I requested copies of every warranty and protection contract. I still don’t have them. More than a year later, I still cannot tell you exactly what I purchased because the dealership never provided the contracts despite repeated requests. How is a customer supposed to understand their coverage without the paperwork they paid for? Then the vehicle issues started. I was told the vehicle had new tires as part of the CPO process. It didn’t. I had to point that out. Within the first week, my driver assistance system failed. The vehicle had pre-existing front-end damage. Instead of standing behind the vehicle, I was initially made to feel like I caused the problem. They then kept my car for nearly a month. Most recently, one tire began losing air. After struggling to even reach someone by phone, I dropped the car off expecting the tire & wheel protection I paid thousands for to do what it was sold to do. Instead, I received a text stating the warranty company denied the claim because the leak wasn’t caused by a road hazard and was “a very small leak at the bead.” This is the same tire the dealership installed on March 2, and it has only been driven about 3,000 miles. No puncture. No wheel damage. Just a bead leak. No one explained how they ruled out a road hazard, an installation issue, or a defective tire. At the same time, I’m now being quoted for a windshield issue I’ve been asking to have addressed for over a year that I also believed was covered based on what I was told when I purchased these protection plans. So what exactly did I spend thousands of dollars on? I relied on what I was told during the sales process. I purchased these plans believing they would provide peace of mind. Instead, I’ve spent the last year chasing paperwork that was never provided and discovering that the coverage I believed I purchased either doesn’t exist or is far more limited than it was presented. Every interaction with this dealership leaves me feeling like I’m inconveniencing someone. I feel like I have to justify every question, every warranty claim, and every concern instead of being treated like a valued customer. I don’t feel protected. I feel like I paid thousands of dollars for promises that disappeared the moment I drove off the lot. The irony is that I actually love my car. What I regret is where I bought it. If you’re considering buying here, my advice is simple: go somewhere else. Luxury isn’t just the badge on the hood. It’s the ownership experience after the sale, and based on my experience, this dealership failed completely. If you do buy here, don’t leave until every promise is in writing, every warranty is in your possession, and you fully understand exactly what you’re paying for. More
Avoid this dealership. I recently purchased a Maserati quattroporte. It took more than 2 months to receive the paperwork. And there were a couple of service issues that wer I recently purchased a Maserati quattroporte. It took more than 2 months to receive the paperwork. And there were a couple of service issues that were handled very poorly. Not only did it take multiple visits to fix the issues, but they tried to pass off something as being fixed, when it wasn’t. Also, getting a return phone call from sales, service, and even the general manager took at least 3 days. This happened on multiple occasions. Buyer beware! More

Bought a Genesis GV80 from them and at first everything was great. It had service engine light on down there that they had to fix prior to bringing to me. So since that was taking so long they threw on n was great. It had service engine light on down there that they had to fix prior to bringing to me. So since that was taking so long they threw on new brakes and tires. Which I thought was amazing. The sales guy was top notch and the only person I would deal with again down there. So after everything was fixed they drove the car 2 hours to me. This is where all the issues started. Car was delivered with check engine light on. I mentioned right away and the guy dropping car off said they said you know about this just take it to the local Genesis store to reset it. Ok no biggie hey it has Genesis bumper to bumper warranty. Took me 2 weeks to get the car in because they were booked. Once car got there the Genesis dealership here didn't want to touch it because they said it was work Indy did. Well turns out some of the work was the fuel injectors but now had other issues. I contacted Indy they were saying all the right things but really not meaning a word of them. They were going to contact my local Genesis dealership and get everything figured out. Complete lie to get me off the phone. The car also had no freon. Indy said no problem that shouldn't be my issue. But funny I am the one holding that bill. Indy had quoted me extended warranty during time of purchase with the financial guy saying "hey if you find cheaper call me because i can cut go lower. Hmm so you were going to mark me up otherwise? So the following week while they were doing the initial repairs he calls and says hey i can knock off almost $1200 but at this point I already had bad taste because that means he was over charging me from the beginning. So after my car sat in the local dealership for 2 plus weeks I get it back today and paid the freon and the local guy warranty other work. Indy was going to call and get them to warranty the freon because they should have caught it but once again lip service to get me off the phone. Also they were going to rework up extended warranty quote for me since obviously the car they sent me isn't of quality but once again more lip service to get me off the phone. And to make the comment what do you want me to do now. I wouldn't recommend them to worst enemy. They are why people get bad feeling about used car sales people. The sad part is the sales guys was a class act its everyone else associated with that dealership. More
