WOW I'm Impressed!!! I recently purchased a 2008 F430 Ferrari from a dealer in Birmingham, Alabama on October 17th, 2011. I had no idea what kind of condition the car was in since I never saw it until th Ferrari from a dealer in Birmingham, Alabama on October 17th, 2011. I had no idea what kind of condition the car was in since I never saw it until they drove it off a cover truck and put it in my driveway. I kooked up Ferrari dealers and service centers on Ferrari's website and found the Auto Gallery in Canoga Part. On Friday afternoon November 11th I called and spoke to Adam Aizin to set up a appointment and he told me to bring the car in Monday morning the 14th. I was shocked! and expected to be told at least 3 to 5 days later. That is the way it is at Mercedes and know this because I own a 600SL and a E320 CDI. Everyone at the service center takes pride in explaining what needs to be done to provide you the longevity of the car. Eric the mechanic explain the service that the car needed and the items needing attention. I traded in my Bentley Turbo R because the closest service center took a hour and a half away depending on traffic to get their. I feel every penny I spent on this car was worth the way I was treated as a customer at the Auto Gallery Service Department today. I'm sure my friends that own Mercedes Benz sports cars will be trading up to a Ferrari. I can be sure of one thing everyone at the center makes you feel good about the purchase you made and takes the time to treat you as a valuable customer. I would also like to mention Devin in the parts department he was very efficient in ordering me a owners manual and giving me the prices I needed for my next service. I feel like I have it all A GREAT CAR AND OUTSTANDING SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Thanks everyone, Wayne Smith More

I was fortunate to find you maintenance department as I had a concern with my vehicle. I had the privilege of working with Nick Mattson and I have to admit that my dealing with a parts manager such as yours was one of the most gratifying experiences I have had in customer service yet. I found Nick to be very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. His attention to detail and time taken to confirm I would be fully satisfied with the service was impeccable. When all was said and done, I walked away with concerns corrected and additionally a full report on recommendations and suggestions of what to look out for. The detailed report was more than I expected and fully self explanatory. You definitely will be receiving my continued business. I will not hesitate to recommend the Auto Gallery and, especially Nick Mattson to all I know. Thank you for the experience. More

Never have I found a service department that is so willing to work around your needs, if you ne I have been dealing with Ferrari service for years. Never have I found a service department that is so willing to work around your needs, if you need to be dropped off or the car needs to be picked up... They are there for you !
