I have 4 cars and I just wish i purchased all my cars from The Auto Gallery. The reason im saying this is cause my GMC Denali I got from Keyes, My Audi I got from Keyes, My Chevy I got from Keyes on Van from The Auto Gallery. The reason im saying this is cause my GMC Denali I got from Keyes, My Audi I got from Keyes, My Chevy I got from Keyes on Van Nuys. The best part is that I got 4 cars from Keyes dealership withen this 6 years and still own all of them and I stoped useing them beacause they just dont give a xxxx about there clients. There service advisors are just people that dont know what there talking about, charge you alot of money for things that dont need to be replaced and so forth. Even tho I did not get my Maserati from The Auto Gallery they take care of the car and me like I am there VIP client. I wish I got all my cars from them. But we live and we learn. Just a few more words about there service and experties, Dave has been great, Joan has taken the extra time to listen to me over the phone for all my service needs. Also since im taking my time to write this have to also warn others not to use Keyes dealership, my Audi telescoping wheel was not working when i took my Audi to Keys, and they charged me for the diognose $165.00 and there finding was that I had to pay $2900.00 to have the whole steering counsel replaced. Best part is when i took the car and told them that is outrages price and no discounts for a 4 time retrun client that got 4 cars from there dealer. I was so upset with there service that I pealed off and went streat to the Audi dealer on Ventrua ( THE AUTO GALLERY ). LOL the service tech at the Auto Gallery set in the car and pushed the botton to move the wheel up and down and front and back and he turned and told me "its working fine what was the problem?" I stood there and in a amaisement tiped the guy for his honesty and left knowing that my next car when i purchase is defenetly going to be from The Auto Gallery. Basicly I guess when Keyes dealer did tests it got fixed and yet if i paied them the $2900.00 they were going to do what? fix the all ready fixed steering wheel? Long story short The Auto Gallery has all the right people working for them. Im glad that I will be using them from this point on. One more thing I just remembered that Keyes charged me $298.00 for a oil change on a Audi. And the Auto Gallery charged me for a oil change on a Maserati $99.00 with the coupan that they had online special. Botom line Keyes dealership is a ripoff, and The Auto Gallery is the best. Even tho I have not gotten any cars from them they take care of my cars like im one of there best clients or like a family. Looking forward to buying my next car from them soon. Thank you Joanna, Dave, and Nick. The Auto Gallery has fixed and serviced my Maserati 3 times all ready and I would not take my cars anywere else. More

I have owned/own several other luxury cars and hands down - Ferrari/Maserati is in a class by thems my Maserati, I have felt like part of the family. My anxiety was off the chart when Dave Melton got me in on a day's notice for a Pre-Purchase Inspection on a 360 from a private party. After a thorough going over, Dave and Tech, Raiff Pamplin walked me th on a day's notice for a Pre-Purchase Inspection on a 360 from a private party. After a thorough going over, Dave and Tech, Raiff Pamplin walked me through their meticulous inspection, evaluation and recommendations. Some of their findings confirmed my conviction to never allow an independent to touch this car in the future. With confidence, I purchased the car the day of the PPI, Friday...and Dave scheduled me in the shop on Monday. Dave revisited the PPI estimate in detail and possible additional items that may be discovered during the service based upon his vast knowledge and experience. Some minor additions came up and Dave gave me advance notice with his recommendations and alternatives from a cost / benefit approach without being pushy. I really felt like he had my best interest (and pocket book) in mind. Kudos to Dave, Raiff and the entire team at the Auto Gallery. I feel like we are friends and partners in the future care of this fantastic machine. More

If you're looking to purchase an audi, i suggest mia. i'm not from around here, so i did most of my comparing online. firstly i looked for the cheapest and most reliable dealer, and although auto gallery mig not from around here, so i did most of my comparing online. firstly i looked for the cheapest and most reliable dealer, and although auto gallery might not have the cheapest price, i think they, or rather Mia, provided the superb service. Most of our correspondences were online, and she was very helpful in searching for my car. I had many options that i was interested in, but unfortunately unavailable. She was very hardworking in finding me other suitable alternatives, and after much of her work, i decided to go with a different car. Don't get me wrong, she wasn't pushy in any way. She was always very helpful and friendly. Unlike some, not all, of her colleagues who have very questionable ethics, Mia was straight, honest and very helpful. This comes to no surprise that her after sales service has yet again been magnificent. She is willing to go the extra mile for you, and even does things that are not part of her job scope(Now now you naught boys, there is no ribald suggestions going on here). If you're looking for a great and reliable dealer, go with Mia, I assure you will be greeted with nothing but happiness. More

Brought my recently purchased F430 in for a service and safety check. Dave Melton, the service manager, was very patient and went through all of the existing service records to see what if anything needed safety check. They did not try to sell me service I did not need and did a great job on the services that I wanted to do. Dave went beyond what I would have expected to explain the car in detail and make me feel comfortable with its condition. I live closer to other Ferrari dealers but would go back to The Auto Gallery for my future servicing neeeds. More
Travis is the only guy in Los Angeles county that you should have your exotic vehicle trusted with very knowlegeable and very up to date on the vehicles he works on.
