I wouldn't buy a tricycle from this dealership. My family bought 2 cars in the same week back in the first week of December. My son bought a 2020 Nissan. As he was driving off the lot there were a few minor issues, the airbag light wouldn't go out and the camera wasn't working. We were shown the carfax and there were no accidents and the service dept was closed but they said bring it back and they would fix it no problem. They also told us that it was under the manufacturer warranty. After several calls and never getting a call back we just made an appointment at a local Nissan dealership for the repairs on January 3rd a month later. After the Nissan dealership looked at it they said it had most definitely been in an accident and there were at least $10,000 worth of damage to the car. Needless to say we tried to get this dealership to keep their word and make the repairs but no one would take our call or even return our call. We drove the car up to the dealership and were told by the service manager that we would get a call the next day with a day/time for the car to come back. Of course no call. I spend one day calling 25 times and the next day over 10 times only to be told that no one was available to talk to me, they were in a meeting or with customers and they would call me back. It got to the point where they weren't taking my call due to caller ID but when called from my office the call was immediately answered. By now we were a month and a half into this and still no fix or even registration and new tags for both the cars. The temporary tags had expired and only to find out that they still had not applied for the new ones. We placed a negative review online and immediately received a call within 2 hours from the finance person, Wilson. Asked what happened and how could they fix it. I explained that all we wanted was for them to repair the car as promised and to be professional by returning calls and calling when promised. I was asked to remove the negative review and they would make good on everything. I removed the review and I was given a date to bring the car in for service. He told me we would have a loaner car while they looked at it and then also said they would see what they could fix. We took the car up and they did not have a loaner for us. We were told that they would call us the next day no later than noon and let us know what they found and they didn't call (surprise), so we called them. They said that the car was in an accident and now suddenly have a carfax with an accident shown. The manager met us when we went to pick up the car and asked about doing a trade in. They would just trade that car for another car they had and just move the car loan over. This was Friday. We were told they would check inventory on Saturday and Monday and call no later than noon Monday to let us know what they had in stock. At 12:50 no call so we called (again) and spoke to the manager, he didn't even remember what he was supposed to do. I reminded him and he asked to give him 30 minutes and call him back. I did and the rest of the day he was either in a meeting, or unavailable. I was promised he would call me back he was there til 7:30pm. 7:25pm I called and he left and the next day he was off. We have now contacted the Attorney General for assistance. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time here. As I said I wouldn't buy a tricycle from them at this point. More
I purchased a vehicle November 30th 2021 and it's now February 2022 and I'm still waiting for a license plate. Everytime I call, I'm told Jennifer will call me back and she doesn't. Now, my new Maserati February 2022 and I'm still waiting for a license plate. Everytime I call, I'm told Jennifer will call me back and she doesn't. Now, my new Maserati just sits in my garage and I'm taking public transportation to work to avoid being issued ticket for an expired temporary tag. I'm so disappointed and won't shop at this dealership again. More
TERRIBLE! Complete waste of time! Dishonest all around! I wish I had believed all of their negative reviews! It would have saved me time & frustration. I called the dealership to make sure the car I wanted was still available. The sales rep Brian who we had talked to the day before was with other clients so the receptionist relayed messages for us. Told them we were coming up to get the car but we lived 2 hours away. Got there inspected the car, drove the car & went to sit down to work the numbers. That is when we were told there was other people looking at the car. I offered to buy it immediately but I was told by the finance manager that that’s not how it works. Sat around for 45 minutes while the finance manager was working “our numbers”. I finally had enough & asked what was taking so long & that’s when I was told they sold the car to the other people. So many things were handled wrong at this dealership! I should have been told immediately that there was someone else looking at the car. Instead they used my family as a pawn against the other people & wasted my time. They ran my credit with no intention of selling me the car! More

This is the worst place ever!! First I would like to state that I shopped around in numerous dealers and had successfully closed many deals for me or my relatives. That being said I had an incredible experience with Maserati & Alfa of Monmouth dealership that I would like to share to benefit all the customers looking for a great deal with the least amount of hassles. I was first welcomed by Mr. John Izzo he is one of best sales person out there! he was very thorough in explaining the different vehicle options and helped me make a decision to buy or build one exactly as I wanted! I also ended up getting my wife a car as well! Once I was set on the built I was introduced to Mr. Nestor one of the sales managers to work on the financial aspect. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He took care of all my concerns, requests and questions. He will definitely work with you and will make sure you leave with the best deal possible. I highly recommend to ask for John to help you!! All in all, Maserati & Alfa of Monmouth team made my buying experience fun while also ending up with a great deal! I am definitely coming back here for my next car! More
This is the worst place ever to go spend your money. My husband was very excited to get his new ride, he felt like he choose the right place because the workers were so attentive and made sure the deal was husband was very excited to get his new ride, he felt like he choose the right place because the workers were so attentive and made sure the deal was easy, however this is all a lie to get you to sign papers and then treat you like total garbage. The paint job was distasteful, the tires looked like if the person was drag racing, the rims were all scraped and one on the wipers were the fluid comes out of was not working. He visited this place numerous time to get his problem rectified, and it was a waste of time, an entire month has passed by and all they give is false promises and a bunch of lies. If you are a new customer, take your money and run far away, it’s definitely not worth the headache ! More
I’ve had a awful experience whither this dealership. You would think Maserati would hold themselves to a higher standing. I called repeatedly in advance to let them know that the temporary plates they gave would think Maserati would hold themselves to a higher standing. I called repeatedly in advance to let them know that the temporary plates they gave me were going to expire. I was lied to again and again saying the permanent plate was on its way. My car was later impounded for having expired plates and registration and I was then stranded. I had no title to even prove I was the owner so trying to recover the car was a disaster. I was able to get the bill of sale and told that the car would have to be towed and couldn’t be driven because the plates were expired. Here it is day 2 after Vanessa lied to me telling me that the plates were on there way and I still have a car that I can’t drive. Now Vanessa won’t answer my calls or respond to my emails where she states that I will be reimbursed for my impound fees. I’m not sure how they stay in business when it’s obvious that this is something that they do often and it appears that Vanessa is a liar! Funny how eager she was to return my calls when I purchased the car but now I can’t even get in touch with her. More
