He was kind and patient with all my questions. He is an all around down to earth, polite, and knowledgeable sales person. I would absolutely send anyone his way that was looking into a fiat. They don’t answer the phone, your car sits for service for bc 45 days, there’s no respect. They lie. They can’t retain anyone. Always new service manager. They lose paper work. They never have loaners. The manager will refuse to speak with you. Alfa care customer service can’t even get bc through to them. We even had our car towed to another dealer because of their incompetence and neglect. More
Be very careful of this place, because it may seem like you are getting a great deal, but in reality you may be getting screwed over. I went to look at a WRX, and I was told that the one that I was looking at was popping out of reverse and that it needed it's synchos replaced. During negotiations, my sales person (Bryan) came up with a proposition that I should pay for the repair, and he would give a discount. I asked him how much it would be for the repair, he said that he would go ask his manager (he took a quick lap). Once he was back, he said that he would honor his $730 estimate price point that he offered me before. For some reason, I took the deal. It took them a month and a half to get the repair done and during that time, whenever I would call in to know when the car would be ready, they would either say that they would call me back, which they never did, or that they didn't know when it would be ready. Well, when the car was ready, and I went to pick it up, they had put a new transmission on the car, and my repair price was over $3000—not exactly what I was told before buying the car. The funny thing is that I had to bring the car back the same day because something got loose in the transmission and I lost first, second, and reverse. Once I got the car back again, I asked Jonathan (the head of the service department) about the clutch, and I was told that I shouldn't have to worry about it because it was replaced recently. Guess what, the car needs a new clutch. No one is taking responsibility for the miscommunication about the synchos/transmission, as they keep blaming each other or honoring the price that they gave me before buying the car. It definitely feels like they're taking advantage. Don't recommend. More

So I have been trying for a week now to get an appointment for an oil change on my Ghibli. Service dep't never answer on the direct line. I ended up calling the front desk multiple times jonas took my number for a call back but nobody ever returned the call. I called the main line again today to be told that they are not accepting any more appointments until August and to call back then. We also own two Alfa Romeos and have had similar issues on the Service side of things - we love the cars, just wish the follow up was better as the nearest alternative is 40 miles away. More

Came in and was immediately greeted by reception. I didn't have an appointment but I was able to work with jonas in just a few minutes.
