When I reached the dealership, I'm informed the salesperson wasn't around and the cars that I was scheduled to test drive were being serviced. I had driven an hour to reach there. Your time and money is better spent elsewhere. More
The service here is great! My vehicle was having some issues that I needed to be fixed ASAP. Anna was wonderful & a great help!! This place is so beautiful!! Anna made sure to keep me updated. My son made an appointment to have my Maserati Levante maintenance and checked for other possible problem This is for MASERATI OF MONMOUTH, Ocean NJ. My son made an appointment to have my Maserati Levante maintenance and checked for other possible problems. The vehicle was left at around 9am with the expectations of being picked up at around 3pm. When my son got there at around 3:15pm the vehicle was still untouched and to make matters worse I was on the phone with a girl by the name Vanessa that works there who was telling me that my car was on the lift and that it might have other problems. All this time she failed to noticed that my son was standing next my Levante in the parking. And then I called back to complain about the lies and asked to speak with the manager and was patch through a Victor who said he was the manager. This Victor was rude and said that there was nothing to do and that was it. It’s unbelievable that this is the MASERATI!!! that we’re talking about. I mean, anyone would think that their service would be top of the line. In the end, their service is horrible, horrible, horrible. I felt like they were trying to con me out money. More
By far the worst customer service I’ve ever had. I contacted this dealer for information on two pickup trucks. They never called me back, Then I called back and spoke with Brian, He assisted that I do contacted this dealer for information on two pickup trucks. They never called me back, Then I called back and spoke with Brian, He assisted that I do a credit app over the phone, so then they ran my credit and instead of asking for a deposit for the trucks, he sold them instead. THEN he said he had one more truck like the ones I was interested in, I drove all the way down from South Jersey to take a look at it, I waited 40 minutes in the lobby and he never came out to introduce himself. This dealer clearly does not want my business. I feel used, and not appreciated, and disrespected. More
Service = Below average (they had 72 PSI pumped in on all of my 4 tires when I left with my new car. Manufacturer standard was at or below 36. It’s a dealership culture as most of their staff comes across rude) Integrity / Professional Ethics = Shady (My price quote was significantly higher in person during new car pick-up vs. what they told me on phone. Renounced completely phone quote and didn’t even let me talk to the person I spoke over phone. After few weeks of owning the car, my brakes had an issue. When I called them they were very quick about quoting $200 diagnostic fee without considering that I just bought a new car and perhaps focus on my issue. They wanted me to be prepared to pay diagnostics fee. Almost felt like they didn’t want to address the issue) More
Had a great experience with the staff. After several dealers not being able to finance finally Wilson and victor made it happen. Even the owner was polite and welcoming. While I was there it seemed the entire dealership was busy but made time fir me and my family. Recommend this dealer they were great. More
