Maserati of Monmouth has held my $1,000 deposit for over a month and are not returning it. . Near the beginning of Aug '24 I began talking to Jonas, the salesman, about buying several different cars. In a month and are not returning it. . Near the beginning of Aug '24 I began talking to Jonas, the salesman, about buying several different cars. In the mix I put down $1,000. On 8/13/24 I decided not to buy the vehicle and asked for my money back. Jonas tells me it's no problem and I should have my money after a few days. By 8/26/24, after having sent many messages and being ghosted, someone finally replies stating that Jonas doesn't exist and I need to call the dealership directly. The same day I talk to Marin in the finance dept. who claimed he would talk to the finance dept the following day and have the check next-day-aired then send me a tracking number. He never replied with the tracking number. On 9/5/24 - I reach out again because I still don't have a check and a woman says the talked to Marin and he had talked to the finance dept. (again) the day before (9/4/24). On 9/10/24 - I reach out again to ask about getting a tracking number for this check and am told that the finance dept was already notified. On 9/11/24 - I told them I would start sharing my experience if they didn't want to supply a tracking number letting me know the check is coming. They never replied so here we are. I will be writing a letter to the Attorney General of NJ as wekk as posting more reviews and contacting other agencies. This post will be updated if I ever get my money back so stay tuned.... More

Where do I begin! !! Terrible communication, unprofessional and loves to dodge customers calls. The females answering the phones will not answer my calls, instead they !! Terrible communication, unprofessional and loves to dodge customers calls. The females answering the phones will not answer my calls, instead they pick the phone up and forward my calls to somewhere else. I ordered a 20 Range Rover Evoque and completed the loan paperwork on 5/11/24. Waited and called the dealership about the vehicle not being delivered to me in Detroit, MI within that week. It took this dealership three weeks and lies to get it to me. Marco Racic and Marin Harwood refused to return my calls and answer my calls. I spoke to someone else there, Paul and he tried to fix the problem. I called today 5/24/24 to the dealership to speak with Eddie and of course no answer from him or a return call. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MASERATI OF MONMOUTH!!!! YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED AND PISSED OFF. I am going to have a fraud/scam investigation opened on this dealership. More

Let me first start off with, this establishment doesn’t even deserve one single star. The good reviews at this point must be fake or these scam artists must only put on their professional suits and masks even deserve one single star. The good reviews at this point must be fake or these scam artists must only put on their professional suits and masks on for the ones who come in to purchase a brand new luxury vehicle. IF THAT not one employee could uphold a professional educated conversation! it’s honestly baffling. I purchased a vehicle from this; poor excuse of a “Luxury sports car dealership” over a month ago I now can not drive due to temp plates expired. No plates/renewed temps nor title & refund so that I can inconveniently do the registering myself. I called them a few days prior to the temp expiring asking about the status of plates. If I did not reach out they would have never told me anything! The front desk women they hire here are getting paid to just sit & look pretty. I’ve gotten hung up on left on hold for nothing told the manger would get back, never did! still hasn’t. told she’s in a meeting. The excuses were running out cause then she tells me “i guess I’ll have to walk down to her office to see what l can do” of course still never spoke to the manager. I then get told the vehicle can’t be registered, so of course had to do their jobs for them & give dmv proof to then get told the same thing I just fixed the issue about. apparently reading the email with the proof was too much to register in their brain. the fraudulent activities that take place in this dealership, nothing “luxury” about the experience you will have here. I can picture these people laughing amongst each other annoyed about having to actually work their jobs & be decent human beings. On top of that after purchasing the car that I should have walked away from. After paying for a 4 hour long uber ride from out of state & desperately needing a vehicle to make sure my child & I get to school. To have to deal with life situations, than have to deal with a dealership like! LETS DO BETTER! After first purchasing this car I drive the car back home & that week I find out this car wasn’t even worth half the price I paid!-Radio completely fried needs to be rewired and replaced-Trunk will not open idk what wild stuff took place but the fact that the great lengths to unplug and break the wire to the trunk is beyond me.-Glass on convertible top came off! the half xxx job that was done to make it look as decent as possible so no one would know that when it rains there would be an entire pool of water inside the trunk and door panels.-The dashboard started shooting off christmas lights and let me tell you the car was no gift!-After having to take all the seats out take the radio out, middle interior panel, etc. Rust/mold galore! this car was clearly severely under water/damaged A SALVAGE CAR!! They took 3mins to dress up in the same suit/mask these people put on daily in order to sell. This place should be shut down investigated every single negative review is correct. I advise everyone to take your hard working money and time else where to a place that actually care about human beings & their safety. The way they took FULL advantage of a young mother in school full time is a disgrace! I told them my situation prior to taking the uber mind you! You would think the men selling cars in this establishment would be actual MEN with morals and decency. Protect & Provide was not encoded in any of them. Cause would any of you be okay with someone selling your daughters/mothers/sons/fathers.. the type of vehicle you guys have the audacity to sell?! I WOULD HOPE NOT! I’m lucky but with these reviews! some weren’t/wont be. The fact that they would send people off with cars they don’t take a second to look at nor DO THEIR DUE DILIGENCE is flat out inhumane! Even more sad that this is a woman owned dealership must be the head scam artist herself to hire employees sending people off to their risky deaths in half baked vehicle’s. Just open an auction salvage dealer! be honest people! worry more abou your SOUL currency More
I would have given a negative 1 score if possible. bought a car and was never given a title. I've been given the runaround for months. For the last two months unbeknownst to me I was driving with a f bought a car and was never given a title. I've been given the runaround for months. For the last two months unbeknownst to me I was driving with a fake temp registration and tags. I found out the hard way because I was pulled over by the police. Nathan the sales manager is not a man of his word. Promised me that he was working on getting the lien released from the title. and that the dealership would either buy the car back or put me in another car. That was over a month ago. I was forced to submit a complaint against them through the NJMVC and Better Business Bureau. All I want is for the dealership to make it right. It's just right to do business this way. I had to park the car. so now I'm without transportation. Maserati of Monmouth need to make this right. BUY BACK THE CAR! More
ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE. WORST SERVICE EVER. Would never recommend this terrible dealership. They sent me a car that doesn't have working heat, doesn't have some functions WORST SERVICE EVER. Would never recommend this terrible dealership. They sent me a car that doesn't have working heat, doesn't have some functions that they advertise it as like backup cameras, the key fob doesn't work, and the car smells like someone left a sewage tank open in the vents. I kindly bring the issue up with my sales rep and was referred to their absolutely garbage "service" center. I explained the issue very calmly but firmly stated that this wasn't what I was expecting and that I (understandably) would like the dealership to cover it. I was met with hostility and rudeness, like I was being talked to as a child. Their service manager, I can't remember if it was Max or Jarrett, said in a rude tone that he would call me back shortly that day. Late afternoon I call again to check in because it's New York and 20 degrees - I'm put on hold for 15 minutes and then transferred to some extension without being told by a live person. Left a message, again - calmly but firmly stating the issue. A couple days went by and I never heard back. I reached out to my service rep and she said she would tell them to call me that day. Never heard from anyone. I reached back out to my rep a couple days later and she said that she would once more tell them to contact me. It's been over a week and I have been driving a cold, smelly car and have heard from absolutely nobody from this dealership. Absolutely ridiculous, unprofessional, and rude treatment from the staff here. I have all the receipts. Reach out if you think any of this is inaccurate. You've got my number, email, and messages. You know who I am ;) Michael More
