We bought a used car from here. Told that all used vehicles when they come in get new tires, breaks, and will fix anything else that is needed and noted. We got looked at rudely aga Told that all used vehicles when they come in get new tires, breaks, and will fix anything else that is needed and noted. We got looked at rudely again when we asked for those records. Take a guess nope they aren’t new tires nor were all the breaks done. The rear view mirror needs to be replaced Bc of discoloring and they looked at us like we were dum and they never fixed it nor made it right. Also vehicle didn’t have any car mats, nope again nothing nothing just a blank stare. The tire light was on when test driving the service department said it’s “only a light it will be fine” well after having the car service multiple times and them just resetting the light and not fixing the problem nor the actual steering wheel alignment (which still isn’t fixed). Wouldn’t trust taking any vehicle to them for service. Rather use the crack head on side of street for my vehicle needs than here. Was also told they would fix the problem and contact service and get back with me, well I guess I’ll be dead b4 that happens. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealership. Will never do business with this company again. More

The process of purchasing my new car was seamless. The salesman was knowledgeable and didn’t apply an of the high sales pressure you would expect. He showed me the features of the car and allowed everything to flow naturally. As far as the dealership is concerned, I didn’t see any diversity on their sales floor. I only saw it in the aftermarket products presentation and in the service section of the dealership and I made two trips to the dealership at various times of the day. If I’m going to drop 35k or mire on a purchase I need to see diversity in all sectors of the organization. More
