I had a terrific service team -- Tamika (service advisor) and Courntney (technician); I cannot rate them highly enough. The car needed multiple serious repairs, but I preferred to wait. Tamika checked in on me and gave me updates throughout the day, and Courntney made an extra effort to get everything done. Bonus: the customer waiting area is very comfortable and the video loop about building mini houses was fun.

I purchased my Mazda 3 in 2020 at this dealership. I was able to get the exact vehicle I wanted. They were fair with pricing and trade in of my old vehicle. I usually dislike the car buying process and this experience was worth the 50 minute travel time. I am writing this review because of a recent experience at the dealership. I had an incident with a pothole on a long trip and ruined a tire. It was a stressful experience and we lost the wheel lock key and one of the wheel locks. Upon trying to replace the lock we were told it was back ordered and they suggested we try the dealership. The Service Department went beyond helpful and made the experience pleasant . I arrived and was back on the road within 15 minutes. Wow! I felt I was treated like I had just bought the vehicle. Thank you Jason and the Vehicle Service Team. I love this vehicle and will consider this dealership first next time I buy a new car.
