I asked Tracy whether I could get a white, hatchback, manual Grand Touring with parchment interior and his immediate response was "No Problem!" and true to his word they found the exact car I wanted within 2 days! Didn't buy but loved my saleperson! I didn't end up buying a Mazda - although it was my second choice - but I had such a lovely experience with Tracy Thompson I wanted to write him a rev I didn't end up buying a Mazda - although it was my second choice - but I had such a lovely experience with Tracy Thompson I wanted to write him a review. Tracy was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, charming and professional. I had been to several other car dealers that day (and in the previous 3 weeks while looking for a new car) and was just shocked at how poor the salesmanship was. So many didn't seem to even like their product and couldn't seem to care less whether I bought a car from them. Not so with Tracy! He really loves his product, knows about it, and is eager to find out if there is something he doesn't know. He was able to tell me about all the features of the car on our test drive which was very helpful and not what I experienced any where else (except at Martin Honda). His excitement about the car was contagious and I got excited about the prospect of owning another Mazda (I used to own one about 13 years ago and loved it - my daughter is STILL driving it today with well over 100,000 miles on it!). I wish I could have bought 2 cars and one would have been a Mazda from Tracy!! I will tell anyone I know who is looking to go to Martin Mazda and ask for Tracy! A wonderful experience and a great salesperson! More
