Most Disrespectful Sales Person I have ever met WOULD HAVE GIVE ZERO STAR IF THERE WAS AN OPTION We went into Martin Mazda to buy a SUV and when we entered the store, Glenn did not even care to i WOULD HAVE GIVE ZERO STAR IF THERE WAS AN OPTION We went into Martin Mazda to buy a SUV and when we entered the store, Glenn did not even care to introduce himself and care to greet the customer. In fact, he asked us "are you here to buy a car in a rude tone as if we do not know where we are at". When we showed him a competing quote and asked if he has a better quote, he was very rude and said "Thank you. Have a nice day" implying to leave the store. It was not just disrespect but sheer arrogance and insult for going to a terrible dealer. He could have at least mentioned that he could not give a better price. Instead, he directly showed us door on the face. We were extremely disappointed and embarrassed for going into such a dealer who has not respect for customer and who does not know meaning of customer service. Shame on Martin Mazda for employing such a guy as sales manager who could not treat customers with basic respect. More

He always has time for your questions and makes the process so easy. I have also received great assistance from Herb on several occasions, another great asset for Martin Mazda.
