I had questions for the financial manager. But she.left at 9 pm. I left three messages and one verbal with the sales rep. No one ever called. I also have received 3 due notices from Chase and see my car is still due a payment on my Acct as of 4/20, yet I traded the car on 3/31. I see the car listed on your website, yet it’s not cleared or paid to Chase? I also found error on lease papers which the finance person had to change which lowered my payment significantly. I therefore put money down (2000) which I didn’t need to do, had it been correct. I am disappointed in how this lease went with Martin and their finance department. The sales rep was fine. No issues with her. But I won’t be back. More

Really poor service and rude staff, I reached out through the Costco program and got a generic mail the next day when i asked for pricing i did not get a reply, i called a week later and left a voice mail fo the Costco program and got a generic mail the next day when i asked for pricing i did not get a reply, i called a week later and left a voice mail for a Eric who did not bother to call back and the i decided to call the dealership and then Spoke to a rude representative Christina telling me that i don't have choices due to the chip issues and i can only get what they have when i Literally met Nathan from the Lancaster Dealership to take a test drive the previous day and he was more than willing to order a color and car of my choice. I think this shortage has gone to to the Head of some sales representatives and they need to know its still a buyers market and they need to start treating their customers better More

She showed us what they had in stock and even suggested a 2021 demo that was very nice. We left, still not knowing what we wanted. We called her the next day to set up an appointment for a test drive. We ended up purchasing a 2022 CX-5 and we love it. She was great........thank you Christina.
