Incompetence sqaured Wow, what an ordeal we are going through with Main Line Honda. We are a family with four children, so inconvenience with our Honda Odyssey minivan is Wow, what an ordeal we are going through with Main Line Honda. We are a family with four children, so inconvenience with our Honda Odyssey minivan is especially painful (being without a car temporarily, scheduling appointments, switching in and our car seats, etc.). Our tire light was on. They caught one issue but apparently, there was more than one tire with an issue so we needed to bring the car in again. We asked for a trailer hitch to be put on to have a bike rack. First we got a range of conflicting answers as to whether our minivan could have a trailer hitch (of course it can!), then the part was never ordered. Typical quotes for installing a trailer hitch range from $250-350 (about $150 for the part and the same amount for labor). But the Honda trailer hitch product itself (without labor) costs $402!!! We also have an issue with the sensor on one of our sliding doors so that the door doesn't close but, when it is about to close, it pops back open. We've brought the car in for that more than once and it still isn't fixed. We brought the car in one day at 9:30am, and we got called back at 5pm for a price quote when the service representative was leaving for the day and would not be in the next day. Other voice messages have gone unreturned. WOW! More
Disappointed I spent 2 1/2 hours for an inspection of a 2014 car with less than 10,000 miles. AFTER I returned home, I received coupons through e-mail that would have been nice to get since I bought my car there and am a returning customer for service. They could have even given them to me when I went for service. The real kicker is the coupon for complimentary car wash and vacuum. This should always be done. At the very least, when you leave, you shouldn’t have black, greasy streaks on your floor mat. Not so sure I’ll go back. More

Awesome Service Experience I had my car inspected at this dealership and worked with Shelton Jackson. He was so helpful and kind throughout the whole process. I spoke with him o I had my car inspected at this dealership and worked with Shelton Jackson. He was so helpful and kind throughout the whole process. I spoke with him on the phone several times while my car was being inspected. Shelton was so polite and was great at describing things to me in a way I could understand (I know very little about cars). Repairs needed to pass inspection were very affordable. Sales/Service experience Purchased 2018 Honda Odyssey end of June at this dealer and the Sales experience was ok but the Vehicle had issues with the rear window the very next Purchased 2018 Honda Odyssey end of June at this dealer and the Sales experience was ok but the Vehicle had issues with the rear window the very next day so had to take it to service. The service department is horrible. Had to make multiple visits (4) to the dealership for the same issue (Rear window not working). Every time I go there, they fix it and it stops working the very next day. They do not know how to schedule an appointment when the customer requests for a loaner. I specifically requested for a loaner 2 times and they said I am going to get a loaner. When I go there they say loaner is not available. One time they sent me to enterprise car rental as they did not have a loaner the service adviser said I will be getting a SUV or a Van which is what I requested for. When I went there I ended up getting a Nissan versa (the smallest car available). I do not understand when a guy driving a Van (family of 6) drive a Versa These guys do not know how to keep customer happy. I would not recommend this dealer More

I have vowed to only let my Pilot be handle by this place. I can not express how pleased I am with the service I was given by Rudy...his patience is the reason everything worked out and in a day and age where speed is all we care about he took the time which I am forever greatful for.
