I have purchased 3 used Hondas this summer at this dealership. Previous purchases were from Dave Tierney and Mike Murnane. I would ask for any of the three of them. No hard sell, no pressure. They do the old-fashioned the thing of always pulling in the Sales Manager, Nino Nicolaci, to approve the final sale, but he is a nice guy who has a sense of humor about the whole thing. They will generally give you a price that is on the lower end of the range price you find in Kelley Blue Book. More
Sales/Service experience Purchased 2018 Honda Odyssey end of June at this dealer and the Sales experience was ok but the Vehicle had issues with the rear window the very next Purchased 2018 Honda Odyssey end of June at this dealer and the Sales experience was ok but the Vehicle had issues with the rear window the very next day so had to take it to service. The service department is horrible. Had to make multiple visits (4) to the dealership for the same issue (Rear window not working). Every time I go there, they fix it and it stops working the very next day. They do not know how to schedule an appointment when the customer requests for a loaner. I specifically requested for a loaner 2 times and they said I am going to get a loaner. When I go there they say loaner is not available. One time they sent me to enterprise car rental as they did not have a loaner the service adviser said I will be getting a SUV or a Van which is what I requested for. When I went there I ended up getting a Nissan versa (the smallest car available). I do not understand when a guy driving a Van (family of 6) drive a Versa These guys do not know how to keep customer happy. I would not recommend this dealer More

I mentioned him twice that I am coming from Baltimore Maryland it's like 2-3 hours drive we will be there in the morning n we got there before they even open at 8:45am 8/26/2017 we met mr Mike salesman he got the key we start the van and the old man used cars manager comes n take off the price and said oh this is wrong price 😳 I told him sir we already talked about this price we want this van he goes like too bad find something els or pay the regular price we went inside to discuss the price with other manager who agreed he said well we are sorry it was mistake the price is $19,495 😳We were upset and decided to leave mr Mike went back and came with good news he decided to give you the Van for the low price as $14,999 😳 see how they got us in to the dealership then changed the numbers after we left we checked the price it was $14,959 $40 dollar less and that was our special discount price SMFH🤦??? #Falseadvertise #Scammers #Rude #liars and I heard someone said let them leave we have others to worry about that pissed 😡 Me the most this is my first time I am giving out bad review. Purchased 2014 Honda CRV with Julie I was in a hurry to purchase a dependable used Honda because the transmission on my 2003 Volvo XC70 was going. I am not knowledgeable about cars but Julie was so patient and NOT PUSHY with me. She spoke with my brother from Scranton (the car expert in our family) several times over the telephone and gave him the information he needed so that he could assure me I wouldn't find a better car or deal anywhere else. I don't think anyone can argue that Hondas are not great cars, so a sales person has to have nit only the knowledge, but a personal touch, and Julie has it! She has followed up with me several times to find out how I'm doing with the car and to answer any questions. Julie's great! Ask for her! More

A Wonderful Week and Then Some My 2002 CR-V's inspection was coming up and rather than put more money into it, I thought I should get a new car instead. The moment I said out loud t My 2002 CR-V's inspection was coming up and rather than put more money into it, I thought I should get a new car instead. The moment I said out loud that I was getting a new car, mine, that has served me well for nigh on 13 years, decide to give up the ghost one day at a time. I wasn't sure what to do, so on a Monday I called Martin Main Line because I've been going there for my inspections almost as long as I've had my car and I've always felt comfortable with them. I asked for someone in Sales and was fortunate enough to speak with Julie. She suggested trading-in and I made an appointment to see her that Saturday. I'm not easily swayed. As a matter of fact, I sometimes like to dig in my heels just so someone else doesn't get their way, so surely you can understand that I don't like being sold to. Well, that's not anything you can tell about me right off the bat, so I don't know if Julie is just not overly aggressive as a sales person or if she figured me out and decided to meet me where I was. Whatever the case, she turned out to be a decent fit for me as a representative for the dealership and Honda. I was comfortable with her from the first time I spoke with her and each encounter thereafter. Of course I shopped around before going in and knew exactly what I wanted. But I also had back ups at two other dealerships. But like with my first car, I was determined to have my first choice. I'd set my heart on a CPO 2015 Pilot SE and I put on my blinders, blocking everything else out and hoping I didn't have to take them off until I was driving off the Martin Main Line lot with the object of my affection. And sure enough, that's exactly what happened. I dropped in on Saturday with my sister and nieces and nephew. I was earlier than Julie was expecting me, so we had to wait a little, but once she was available, we got right down to it. We took the Pilot for a spin. Because of an injury, one of my top priorities for the new vehicle was leg room. And the Pilot has plenty in the driver's seat. Julie was great company as she guided me on a pretty scenic route away from and back to the dealership. The ride was lovely and it handled so well. Once we were back we got further down to business. Julie's tone was always sincere and relaxed. The car was set for a great price, but I like to push boundaries and dig in, so that's what I did. Like a friend would, Julie gave me this look and told me there was no way I was getting what I was asking for. I really appreciated her candor and it just made me dig in more. But she said she'd see and brought a manager over to see what he could do. Enter Joe Seker. Well, my sister and I were already enjoying ourselves, but when Joe came over, it almost became a proper party. He was firm with his delivery and funny with his asides and once we came to an agreement, I turned to my sister and said, "That was fun!" And she totally agreed. While I went off with David to Finance, my sister kept company with Julie. Although the charged atmosphere Joe created died down a bit, my time there continued to be pleasant and the feeling that I was making the right decision never left. I've been driving my CPO 2015 Pilot SE for a week now and I absolutely love it. Not that I had doubts, but it's always good when you're right about things like that. So, I really want to thank Joe and David for exhibiting great customer service, but I need to give the biggest thanks to Julie for doing what she could to let me have my way. Also, after we left, my sister told me that she talked to Julie about the car she was looking to buy and my sister said she was engaging and informative, so I want to send an extra thanks for that. I like to keep my cars until I can't, so I don't plan on needing their Sales department for some time, but I would definitely recommend Martin Main Line for anyone looking for a good Honda buying experience. Just be sure to ask for Julie. More

Julie is a personable, friendly and sympathetic professional who walked two not-so-experienced buyers, my wife and I, through each step of the process Julie is a personable, friendly and sympathetic professional who walked two not-so-experienced buyers, my wife and I, through each step of the process with care, patience and unflagging geniality. I especially have an aversion to salespeople and I never felt pressured, finessed or misguided by Julie. On the contrary, she gave us all the time we needed to consider our options, was frank and wel-informed about the pros and cons of each model we checked out, listened earnestly to and diligently addressed all our questions and concerns, and never once made us feel uncomfortable. As we have just moved back to the US from Japan, many aspects of the actual purchasing transaction were fraught with complications, but Julie and the whole Main Line team really extended themselves to find the solutions that made the deal a success. It took a lot longer than a run-of-the-mill purchase because of all the red tape, but Julie and her colleagues were indefatigable in their efforts and never lost their sense of humor about all the hoops they had to lead us through. In the end, we walked out the happy owners of a Civic Ex-L (and one of the best deals on the lot!) that we look forward to driving the xxxx out of. And we feel absolutely confident trusting Julie and Main Line Honda with any issues that might crop up down the road. Kudos! More
